An Awesome tour guide (Captain Clean) who showed us all around the island! It was so much fun, highly recommended, & lots of memories created!!!!

We had such a great time! Captain Bling/Sparkles, Captain Wiggsly, Captain Chill/Cool were so fun & really made our time with them super enjoyable! Definitely glad we did this!

This tour was the one the highlights of our cruise. We booked the pirate jeep tour during our port stop in Nassau. Our Tourguide was Captain Dark Chocolate. He definitely did not disappoint!! He was so much fun and knowledgeable about the Islands. He personalized the tour enduring we got to see and experience everything we wanted to as a family. We did it all!! Historic sights, drinks, lunch, shopping, all while learning Bahamian History....with some pirate fun. If you are on the fence about this tour, don't hesitate, you will not regret it!! Captain Dark Chocolate was extraordinary, energetic, and we had the absolute best time!

Captain Clean was a joy to have as our tour guide , he was very informative he also had refreshments if needed . He made frequent stops to explain some of the history of the island!

from the oldest archeological site to the good natured rivalries between the captains I absolutely LOVED this tour. the tour is about three hours long and takes you from the northern coast to downtown to other major stops (including the Queen's Staircase and Fort Fincastle). I was only in town for a few days so I was really glad to have the opportunity to make these stops and organized for me. many thanks to capt. tony, he is incredibly friendly and had a wealth of information to answer our questions about the island, pirate lore, and more. Tony, if you're reading this, I hope you get to watch black sails soon!!

My best friend and I had such a great time on this tour with our guide Nardo aka Captain DC (Dark Chocolate). He’s very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. The tour wasn’t boring at all. He kept it fun and upbeat. Definitely good vibes through out the tour. We saw the Queen’s Staircase and there was a beautiful waterfall next to it where we took some amazing pictures. We did some wine and chocolate tasting which was all very tasty. We got to see how cigars were made which was cool seeing the process. We went to a rum distillery where we learned about the process of making rum and some other historical facts. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to taste any rum cake because the place closed early on a Sunday and we had a late afternoon tour. However, Nardo was nice enough to take us to some other places to make up for it. We went to a tea place called Tasty Teas. The staff there were very friendly and knowledgeable; informed us of all the different benefits of the tea they sold. We also got to sample some as well. We also went to The Fry where we got to try conch salad at Twin Brothers. The mild had just enough heat to it for my liking and very flavorful. Also, we went to a cave and saw some bats where we learned about the history of the cave(can’t remember the name). Overall, we had an amazing time with great laughs. We would do it all over again. Definitely recommend. 10/10

We had a great time. Our tour guide was fantastic. We had seen a few of the spots normally on the tour the day before so our guide happily replaced those with some other local and historical spots. Worth the money!

I would definitely recommend booking Pirate Jeep Tours for a thorough introduction to Nassau. I booked the tour as a single person and they made an effort to match me with other single travellers (they have several jeeps running at once). They were also very responsive to messages . I was picked up right at my hotel, with the tour guide, Captain Clean, being there early so we could get going straightaway. There was only one other traveler on my tour, and Captain Clean made sure that the tour was personalized to our interests as much as he could make it within the set itinerary. I’m staying in downtown Nassau but would very much recommend this tour for cruise ship travellers - it ran on time, without ever feeling rushed, and was very instructive.

Booked this tour on a group trip with my husband, sister and brother in law. We had an amazing time with Captain Clean as he toured us around Nassau. He didn’t make us feel like tourist but as family. Our trip was roughly a week long and even after our tour we would run into him and he remembered our names-my name isn’t the easiest to remember. If you book this tour you will learn so much about the history of the Bahamas, and if you happen to have Captain Clean, well you’re in for a fun filled experience.

There was a group of 4 adults (myself, my husband, my sister and brother in law) of us and we loved every minute of the Pirate Tour. Our tour guide Captain Clean was everything you want and more in a tour guide. He kept it lively and entertaining while telling us about the history of Nassau. Our group had other tours of the island booked so Captain Clean made sure to adjust the stops on his Pirate Tour to take us to places we would not be visiting. The best part of the tour was when we asked Captain Clean where the locals can grab a bite to eat and he took us to Fish Fry. The food was fantastic but Captain Clean’s company was even better. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island for the history and beautiful views.
