Bus was enclosed upstairs and downstairs , poor circulation and exhaust fume was horrible, but worse downstairs.

Definitely recommend for your first visit to Philly.

I’m from NJ and always wanted to STOP and take in the city’s history and beauty. The “Hop on Hop off” was and is the way to go, definitely a must try!

Liked being able to see all the sites the first time around and then pick a hop off place.
