From the time of enquiry, the team at 5 star was very promt and clear. Communication was excellent. We had our tour guide Ning and she was so pleaseant to deal with along with the caring crew on board who made sure we were safe and comfortable all the time. I had three other quotes from private charter companies, however this was the only company that done the James & Phi Phi all in one day tour. This worked out for us as we were only in Phuket for a limited time. Dont hesitate and just book your tour with 5 Star Marine. You wil not be disappointed.

The crew were very hospitable, special shout to Fews our guide, they all worked really hard to make our day special. Very professional team, their knowledge of where to go and what times etc, nothing was too much for them. Lunch time restaurant recommendation was a real gem too. They are all a real credit to your company. You have a great setup there, really impressive operation. Our crew and boat were amazing. The three crew on our boat had exceptional customer service, were very friendly and ensured we made the most of our day trip. The equipment was brand new and the boat was five star. Highly recommend!!

One of the best experiences we had on our trip! The whole day went by so quickly and was so well organized! This company has the best communication about a week prior and leading up to your excursion day… notifying you of the weather and any potential hazards i.e. jellyfish.. They provided well timed fruit, ample cold drinks, and stopped at the most delicious local lunch spot we have ever had. We could also move at our own pace because it was a private tour and just my husband and I. Our guide took so many wonderful photos that we were able to just enjoy ourselves. We can’t recommend this tour enough especially if you want something all encompassing in terms of sightseeing!

What an amazing tour. I was by myself on the boat with a few other couples who were all together, but never felt left out because of the staff. The boat was super clean And the stafff were super friendly. The views of the island were amazing and the locations breathtaking. I highly recommend this tour. What an amazing experience and a perfect day!

Fabulous tour with a great tour company and guide. 5 star marine was the best tour company we have ever dealt with. Highly knowledgeable, great communication, superb information and very timely and response to any question or concern. Ning, our guide, as well as her crew were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to understand. A must do tour while in Thailand as this is the Thailand that you think of when planning a visit. Could not see the stuff we saw any other way.

Marvellous! We did the Phi Phi and James Bond Islands tour and we had a wonderful time. Shaun, the owner provided all informations we needed. Boat was super clean, snorkels were packed in plastic. They provided soft drinks, cold water and fresh fruits. Our guide was Jessica and she and her crew (sorry, I forgot their names) were amazing and very kind. I definitely recommend them!

Best tour/excursion experience. Loved canoeing inside the caves and seeing the enchanted Honeymooners Lagoon…absolutely breathtaking. Pictures do not do justice. Worth a repeat.

I would highly recommend this company if you want a great , professional and well organised trip.every interaction I had with them was dealt with promptly and efficiently, even advising us of the weather the day before and sending us a photo of our transfer van so we knew who they were, our guide for the day was Beer he was friendly and great fun and took really good care of us ,checking throughout the day if we were ok and everything was so well planned and organised we did everything we wanted and a lot more besides. He even took great photos. They organised the trip so we got everywhere when it was quiet and when we canoed we were the only people in the caves and areas it was fantastic, Maya beach wasn’t too busy so we got great photos, overall a once in a lifetime day out that we all really enjoyed, thank you to everyone there for organising it so well.

Absolutely incredible day! We decided to splash out and treat our family while holidaying from Australia on a private boat for the day, to avoid big groups and have a tailored day. Worth every dollar. Dew was an awesome guide and facilitated all our requests... Snorkelling around Phi Phi, canoeing Phang Nga bay/James Bond, caving in the area and finding a beautiful spot for sunset. The boat was clean and had drinks and fruit on board. We had room to chill in privacy and enjoy the view from the boat wherever we wanted. Highly highly recommended!

This tour was truly the highlight of our trip to Phuket. The crew, led by Jessica, were delightful and made sure we had an enjoyable day on the sea. I was a little concerned that seeing both Koh Phi Phi and Phang Nga area in one day would be too much. It wasn’t by any stretch, and I would recommend it if this is your first time to the Andaman Sea area. Jessica and crew were very conscious of the other tours happening and were in contact with other 5 Star boat captains so that we could avoid the crowds. Our first stop was Maya Bay at Koh Phi Phi, and it was beautiful. We arrived early to avoid crowding, but it started to get crowded as we left. The sand at the beach was very soft and the sea a beautiful blue. We then head to a few other islands and very much enjoyed the scenery with the limestone karsts jutting out of the water. Once at Phang Nga, we toured James Bond Islands, which has more to see than just the famous karst in the sea. We also did sea kayaking, which was a highlight as the guide took us to some very beautiful areas, and a cave walk. Lunch was delicious in an outdoor restaurant that served warm bananas cooked in sweetened coconut milk in a coconut shell with fresh coconut shavings for dessert. Amazing. We were on the Lisa 2, which was a perfect boat for the two of us with both ample outdoor and covered space, but not too big. I would definitely choose 5 Star again.

What an amazing day.I booked then saw their YouTube video ( doesn’t do them justice)they are very professional,great fun Jessica ,Brian and San I can’t believe we did so much in one day islands,snorkeling,caves amazing restaurant in the middle ,Dolphins .So much better than being on a large boat with loads of people following a time table . I live in the Mediterranean done loads of boat trips but this was by far the best .

The tour was an unforgettable experience! We had a wonderful time. The team was very welcoming and friendly, the boat was clean and comfortable and they even provided us with drinks and fresh fruit! In addition to all since it was my birthday they had prepared a delicious cake and gave me a souvenir to remember our tour. We booked a private tour where we managed to see monkeys, explore a cave, do some snorkelling and have an unforgettable canoe tour while visiting two of the most beautiful islands Thailand offers. I sincerely recommend this tour! It is possibly one of the best, if not the best activity you can do while visiting Phuket.
