We had a fantastic time at the Phare Circus. Lots of talented performers cleverly telling a story through dance and acrobatics. It was very entertaining and the acts were phenomenal. Definitely worth spending an evening there and supporting the local community. Fantastic!!

This show was phenomenal! Our whole family (adults and 10 year old) enjoyed the food before and were amazed by the show..it was fun, funny, terrifying and amazing. Go!

A fantastic performance from this talented group of gymnasts and performers. Well worth visiting. It only lasts an hour but is well worth the money

Brilliant show, super funny and great skills! These guys are amazing. Tent was air conditioned too, which was great as the weather was very hot. Absolutely recommend.

Such a very interesting place for explore make us beat up with the music and shows. Every action and performance was perfect and nice. Especially the artist all very friendly and funny haha!!!!

Great fun! We really enjoyed the story, fun antics and clever acrobatics of the circus team. Suggest to go early and enjoy some delicious food, wander the artisan makers’ store and see the young performers pre-show entertainment. Great night out

If you are in Siem Reap do not miss this! The show we saw - "Same, same, but different" - was amazing, funny and so unique. We got there early to enjoy the food and shopping. A brilliant evening with the added benefit of supporting a fantastic company which is helping sustain good jobs in the arts and funding free artistic and academic education at Phare Ponleu Selpak non-profit school.

Incredible evening. A must-do if staying in Siem Reap. See the temples and see this circus! Amazing entertainment, highly recommend it!

The performance was an impressive blend of circus and contemporary dance. It was my first time experiencing a circus, and I was truly amazed by it. It shattered my preconception that it's only for kids, as it conveyed an underlying story, even though I didn't grasp every detail.

We bought tix on a whim and the recommendation of our hotel. Got the A seats (would recommend them or the Bs, (the Cs are at the side, the view not as good) and was blown away by the performance. Great atmosphere, good set up with food, outstanding show that feeds into school progs in regional areas. Recommended.

I originally booked to see the show on the Wednesday, but I couldn't wait that long, so I decided to go to see it on the Sunday when their show was called Khmer Metal. I really enjoyed it although there was a lot of acting in it rather than purely circus skulls, but the circus parts of it were great. I decided to visit again on my last day in SR, and this show was called Khmer Angkor Village and I was expecting something as good, if not better. I was really disappointed in this show. It was definitely not circus. There were virtually no circus skills in it at all. There were silks, but the performer went so far up into the dome that you couldn't see what he was doing because the lights and rigging obscured it. A large lotus flower was carried onto the stage, and when it opened I was expecting to see some contortion, but it was just dance, and not done very well either. The trapeze act was very good and showed the performers talent. The rest of the show was just acting, and the storyline seemed quite childish. A lot of time was taken up following a monk around the stage doing nothing and shouting at each other. I am so glad that I decided to go to the show on the Sunday, because at least now I know that one of the shows was really good. If I had just gone to the Wednesday show I would have left feeling that they must all be really bad.

Absolutely fantastic show, with insanely talented acts. The storyline was emotional and captivated the audience attention from the get go. We loved how the talent interacted with the audience whether that be physically, or even just eye contact - I really felt part of the story and the show. Ahead of the main act there were the young talent performances, this was just lovely to see & great to know they aspire to be in the big tent one day! The food before was absolutely delicious too, with lots of options to cater for everybody. We are so glad we booked. It really made our final night in Siem Reap. Overall an amazing company, and 10/10 show. Cannot recommend enough!

Talented musicians and gymnast/actors come together for an evening of storytelling and athletic feats. It was a lot of fun and the circus program does a great deal for the community. This should be high on anyone’s list of things to do in Siem Reap.

We really enjoyed this event and where happy to have participated. The performers where very skilled and it was clear a lot of effort went into preparing. We also appreciated the possibility of eating and drinking something before the show, as the possibility of buying some very high quality handcraft items created by local youths supported by NGOs. It was very good use of our time and the couple of earring sets I bought and now wear in Italy remind me of the pleasant experience. I recommend eating and buying items, in addition to the event's ticket. Great WIFI included.

We didn’t know what to expect at a night circus. We were throughly happy with the performance. They are so talented and strong both the musicians and the performers. We smiled for an hour straight. This is a very fun evening thing to do while in Siem Reap. This circus supports a performing arts school for kids, what’s not to love. This is a no animal/no creepy clown circus. Just straight talent.

Beautiful gardens, and outdoor restaurant/cafe, plus incredible gift shop full of locally handmade and upcycled items. And the show? Absolutely fabulous.

A MUST VISIT IF YOU ARE IN SIEM REAP. GREAT SHOW. FANTASTIC ATHLETIC PERFORMERS IN WELL CHOREOGRAPHED SHOW. GOOD VALUE.

One of the best Cambodian show I ever watched, Best performance with talented people and also have restaurant inside that you can enjoy before the show start. Highly recommended this place for your trip in Siem Reap!!!🥰

this is a really cool activity and highly recommended. The performers are super talented and the entire thing keeps you on the edge of your seat, waiting for the next surprising feet of acrobatics or comic engagement. You don’t need to speak Cambodian! Think of a more intimate type of circque de Soleil. If you go early, you can enjoy several food vendors in a relaxed courtyard setting, and traditional dances by youth performers. we went early and also enjoyed the quality artisan craft shop that gives sone profits back to local communities and disadvantaged youth. It was super hot, but the courtyard had lots of large fans which made it comfortable. The main performance is in a tent with some AC and they give you hand fans.
