There were problems with the engines and the tour guide on my tour. That said, the company owner promptly took action and refunded my ticket. I believe Simba is a solid operator, and while things can go wrong anywhere, at least Simba actually does something to improve and help the customer out. Besides that, the tour was beautiful and came to the various tourist spots earlier in the day, which avoided massive crowds.

We were collected early by a very friendly driver and taken to the harbour where we were greeted by Harry. Breakfast was plentiful before we left! We toured Phukets smallest islands, went cave exploring, canoeing at Koh Hong, visited James Bond island (had a golden gun for pics too). A stop for lunch at Koh Yao Noi for me was breath taking, I loved every second. A relax on treasure island to finish. Food was constant as were refreshments. Harry provided so many facts, information along with humour he was simply a perfect host. The crew (I think Nat and An) kept us to schedule and safe throughout constantly on hand helping us all on and off the boat. We did have an engine hiccup very close to harbour, on the way back, however this was not an issue as we felt well informed, safe and were back on our way in no more than 15 minutes later. This was a plus as we were all able to watch monkeys on the shore by the mangroves finding food, washing it and eating! Do not hesitate to book, you will be talking about your experience for years to come.

By far the best trip of our holiday. Noi and team went above and beyond on the tour. The group was small, the destinations amazing, canoeing around the island and through the caves outstanding. Highly recommend Simba Sea Trips.

Awesome day. I am glad I did this early tour as we beat the crowds. In fact I never saw any. The busiest it got was maybe 20 other canoes going through the caves to the open area in the middle. Our speed boat with full canopy was fast and comfortable, and although it could have seated about 22 there was only 11 of us plus 3 staff. We had plenty of room to move around, and a nice small sized group on the beaches and at lunch. Non stop soft drinks available, plus fruit platter and cake. Would not hesitate to do another tour with Simba. The only complaint was continual confusion over my pick up location which right from the beginning (and noted on my ticket) I had supplied full address details, phone number, and description of where hotel was as there was a similarly named hotel nearby which I pointed out not to confuse with. The day before trip I was asked details of pick up location again which I supplied along with it marked on a map. The lady who asked these details later confirmed she had spoken with my hotel. The next morning the guy doing the pickup still went to the wrong property at first. There is only so much you can do to try and help people :-)

This was my second solo trip with Simba and I got to sit at the front this time. The water was still a bit rough on our way there but overall enjoyable. I use motion sickness patches. Every stop was very beautiful! Lots of snacks and great food. The only issue I had with the schedule was when they gave us hot coffee while moving in between stops, I drank it quickly because we were going so fast I nearly spilled. Harry was a great guide! Very knowledgeable and great english. This is not a tour to go on if your want to see clear water and fish like in the Phi Phi islands! The water is murky and green everywhere but still pretty. James bond island is a bit touristy but we didn’t spend too long. Small tours are the way to go!!

We went on the Phang Nga Bay and Beyond tour which was just amazing. Our guide Harry was excellent, keeping us watered and fed throughout the day. It was a small group of about 12 of us and leaving early meant we missed the crowds. Wading through a cave then on to James Bond island, before canoeing and a stop at a beautiful sandy beach. Then lunch before another beautiful island stop. It was well worth the money and I would thoroughly recommend. Simba seem to have these trips perfected.

Fantastic trip. Staff were very attentive and kept us well fed and watered throughout the trip. I was nervous about snorkeling as I'm not a strong swimmer but I was given a life jacket to wear and the staff were encouraging. Snorkel equipment is provided but we had our own. I didn't enjoy the first snorkeling stop too much as the sea was a little rough but the second stop was brilliant and we got to see Nemo. The last stop on the tour was great as we got to chill out before heading back. We went on the sunrise tour but it was worth the early start to see the sun rise. Even being early though, the Pi Pi islands are popular with tourists so still fairly busy. Thank you to Joseph and the crew for making the day perfect. I belive that there are cheaper (& also more expensive) ways to see the islands but I think we had a nice mix as I think there was around 12 of us on the boat so it was not too crowed and we also had others to chat to.

It was one of the best tours which we have ever done. We arrived with the cruise ship in Phuket’s cruise terminal and we have been back at a special time. From the pick up till the return in time everything worked perfect. We had a nice and polite driver , then breakfast near Phuket’s Royal Marina. The boat was nice and clean and not crowded ( as often happens). Our guide Joseph and the two crew members of the ship very amazing. We visited all the places at right time , before other groups were coming. The kayaking was outstanding. On board of the ship they served snacks , fruits and drinks and at last the lunch at a local restaurant was so good, very tasty and lots of different items. We can only highly recommend this tour for every one, also for cruise ship guests. Thank you once more for this amazing day.😊👍😊👍

This was such a memorable day, the staff are so kind and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They even provided vegetarian meals for us. The photos I got today are stuuunnniinngggg and we saw so many monkeys!!

We did both the Phi Phi tour and this Phang Nga Bay tour and if I had to pick one to do again I would pick the Phang Nga Bay tour. It is a nice tour and well organized. plenty of snacks and drink's throughout the day. the restaurant the use for lunch is nice and secluded. We got to James Bond island early, the ladies who operate the concession and gift stands were just showing up as we were leaving. My wife and I liked the earlier start time which gets you back to your hotel late afternoon so your evening doesn't feel rushed. Hint, bring a couple 50 baht or a 100 Baht to tip the kayak operators.

We had an amazing day out with Simba. The trip was extremely well organised to the smallest detail, all our needs were catered for. The boat was in perfect condition and its design facilitated great views throughout the trip. The whole crew was very competent, Harry was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this trip!

I have traveled to Phang Nga previously with another tour (2019) and didn’t think another tour could be better than that experience. However this small group tour was even better!!! A group of about 15 and getting an early start to beat the crowds was part of the key to success! What really made a difference was the tour leader who had a deep understanding of the geological formation of the mountains in Phang Nga and could provide a highly knowledgeable answer to any question thrown at him! He also acted as tour photographer and was always willing to capture that perfect picture of myself and my companion. The English skills of the entire tour team made it easy for us to get the most out of the trip. A healthy tasty breakfast was provided for us and we had lunch at a restaurant on one of the islands! They were also very amenable to catering to my dietary restrictions, as I am celiac. One of the best tours I have taken and I would definitely do again with the same company and the same team. In fact, we have planned to use the same company for a tour to Phi Phi!

Excellent trip with really helpful staff. I initially made a booking with asimba Sea Trips based on positive previous reviews and I can only speak highly of the company. Firstly I made a booking for my wife and I but we needed to alter the date of the booking. I made contact with Simba and got a reply back after a short period of time to confirm the change in booking. Due to an accident I had to again change the booking and this was responded to quickly and positively by the company. After the tour the staff even dropped me close to hospital instead of my hotel and went out of their way to assist us where possible. As for the trip, I was picked up at my hotel atbthe time described and transported to the port to meet up with the boat. At the port we were provided with a small breakfast option. The tour boat was comfortable and clean and sufficent for our group size which was around 20 people and just a nice group size. We were well looked after throughout the trip and provided with hot / cold drinks, fruit and snacks plus cold towel to end. The tour was as described and we were updated throughout by staff. We had sufficient time at all the stops. Nothing felt rushed and we weren't surrounded by bigger tour groups which turned up as we were leaving. All the excursions were well organised and managed which led to a very enjoyable day. The break for lunch was nice. The restaurant was set up for our group and the food was well prepared, varied and tasty. I can't find any fault with this tour. I have found the company to be helpful, reliable and offer a first class experience where we were really looked after. I would highly recommend the company and their tours and would use again as a first choice.

Comprehensive tour in a modern boat with a terrific crew. Plenty of time to enjoy the beach, sites and sun. Plenty of food and beverages offered as well.

Perfect from start to finish. A well organised trip run by a fantastic crew. This was our first time using Simba. They were a recommendation and I am so glad we booked this day trip. Harry our guide was very knowledgeable and provided top class hospitality. Took lots of our pics together, kept us fed and watered. The food was lovely. The island locations were also perfect. Day began with breakfast at the marina in a lovely hotel. We then were provided with waterproof ponchos as rain started and waterproof bags. We set sail and off we went for a day of adventure. Captain Dol and crew mate Vit were so friendly and helpful. Especially loved canoe experience, swimming into the caves & James Bond Island. Plenty of photo opportunities. Simba leave early and beat the crowds. Lunch was included on the islands in a stunning little restaurant for our arrival. Honestly the day went perfect from start to finish. Best day of our holiday so far!
