Based on the previous reviews we were excited to book this tour. Omran’s local knowledge, expertise and his driver network certainly cannot be faulted. However, we were very disappointed with the Wadi Rum part of the tour, which we were asked to pay an additional USD 100 pp to include dinner, bubble tent, breakfast and a jeep tour. The camp we stayed at (on other travel websites) was rated 1-star and USD 25 pp! The accommodation was extremely basic and breakfast was simply the leftovers from dinner the night before. This ended up being more than what we paid for a 2-night 5-star stay at the Hilton Dead Sea! The issue here is not the quality of accommodation, but the prices charged. Overall we cannot fault the safety and expertise on this tour. However there is an issue with pricing, given that we paid essentially 750 USD for a 4-day taxi service with some stops along the way, which did not include entrance fees, accommodation or guide costs. I certainly would not want others to fall into the same trap.

For the 5th time I was in Jordan. In 2014 I found our driver Omran via internet and since than I go with relatives and friends. And every time Omran is our driver or he arrange a good driver for us. I still visit new places in Jordan. Now in March we had great time again. But it was not very busy with tourists because of the war in Gaza. I Will tell you all that Jordan is save to go!!

Perfect service and amazing organization We landed in Amman and spent one night there,the day after the driver drove us to Petra and finally Wadi Rum desert 🏜️ We had an incredible experience sleeping in the booble room and the jeep tour!

Jordan day tours and more is the company name and we certainly got more!! Omran met us at the airport when we arrived and the next day our tour started with the sights of Amman and mt Nebo then past the Dead Sea and into Petra. Omran knew all the good spots for shopping and photos including a glorious sunset. We were treated to Turkish coffees on the way. From Petra we went to Wadi Rum tasting fresh hot flat bread and falafel on the way. Omran organized a great stay at a desert camp that included a delicious traditional dinner and breakfast. The jeep tour was a highlight of the trip. As a surprise on the way back to the Dead Sea Omran took a detour to Aqaba and a trip on a glass bottom boat. I cannot recommend Omran and his company highly enough. If you want to see the real Jordan use this company. Absolutely the best value for money.

I travelled to Jordan for one week in January with my parents and Omran took us around this wonderful country with his extremely comfortable van. I understand that people might be reluctant to travel to Jordan under the current circumstances, but, trust me, this is perfectly safe and you will in fact be able to enjoy Petra or the Wadi Rum without the usual crowds of tourists. Omran is reliable, super friendly, gave us plenty of useful tips (restaurants, sites, etc) and made sure we always felt safe and treated like family. A fantastic experience, so please do not hesitate to trust him and let him drive/guide you through the wonders of his country.

Our driver and guide made this trip above and beyond excellent. He was very knowledgeable and showed us many things in excess to our intended sightseeing. He was very safe and protective, which was a high concern of mine, being the father of our family. He introduced us also to local foodand was very helpful for us experiencing the country. Very patient and helpful.

Me and my girlfriend travelled through Jordan with the amazing company of Omran, which cannot be defined as just a driver. Omran is a story teller, a secret guide, a trip companion and the best Jordan expert a traveller could find on their way. He drove us through all the beauties this country has to offer, following our itinerary and adding gems to our trip only a real expert could know. He is an amazing tour guide and driver that will definitely keep you entertained. Great personality and very funny. He kept me laughing half the time with his stories. We found this driver OMRAN BRKAWI -based on other reviews. When he picked us up from the airport, he was waiting for us, for several hours, unfortunately because our plane was delayed. He packed us in his van and we headed off for the Hilton downtown for the night. This guy is really a laugh a minute. We talked about the planned itinerary I had in his comments, led to some adjustments that were helpful. He really knows the country like the back of his hand. Everywhere we went, he knew some people. We needed something, he made it happen. he figured out ways to save us money. He had insight about all of our hotel options. He picked us good places to eat at a good price. I think what’s most important is that he knew the place that is safe to go and the places that it’s not safe to go. he knew what tourist destinations and options were good, which ones were not so useful or worthy. He took us on some back roads that we never would have found. He’s on my permanent list for the next time we come back he will be our man. Yes, he drives like Mario Andretti, but we never felt unsafe. In a country full of crazy drivers, he navigated the roads perfectly.

My friend and I (2 girls) travelled through Jordan (Amman, Madaba, Petra, Little Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jerash) for a week with Jordan Day Tour and More and I would highly recommend them. We had Mr Omran (the owner) himself driving us for some of the dates and a couple of other drivers for the rest of the journey. Everything was very well organised so the change of drivers was not problematic at all - all the drivers were reliable and professional. Omran remained the main point of contact for us throughout and he always responded promptly to any questions we had through WhatsApp (and in person when he was driving us). He also gave us great recommendations and advice (where to exchange money, which restaurants, which activities/tours to go for /prioritise). As a result we could make the most of the week we had in Jordan. Also, we felt very safe - with what's going on in the region, we almost cancelled our holiday but we were really glad we went. Jordanians were very welcoming and there was no safety concern.

Omran was a helpful and responsive driver who gave us many tips about where to go, eat and drink. His English is perfect. He was flexible with timings too with reasonable rates. He had a couple of other drivers in his network who assisted us who were also friendly and helpful. Would recommend others to use his services and explore Jordan's beautiful landscape. There may be concerns in the media about its proximity to the middle East conflict but these are misguided, once you arrive here you feel relaxed and safe.

From the time my wife and I arrived in Jordan we were treated with nothing but kindness and care from each of our drivers. They were kind and gave us suggestions and advice which we used during our five day stay in Jordan. They were patient with us and picked us up at the time we asked for and even were willing to wait and adjust the time if needed. I would highly recommend this company to our family and friends.

My husband and I just returned from our amazing Jordan trip. I organised the trip with Omran via email and he could not have been more accommodating and helpful. On arrival in Amman, Omran promptly picked us up from the airport and drove us to Aqaba for a relaxing couple of days. Before he left Aqaba, Omran took us out to a lovely fish restaurant for dinner. We were so impressed by such a kind and personal gesture. The rest of the trip ran like clockworks, with a lovely young driver picking us up from Aqaba and taking us to Wadi Rum and then onto Petra for a couple of days. We had so much fun in Wadi Rum and Petra is truly amazing. After Petra another lovely driver picked us up to take us back to Amman via Shobak and Karak Castles. During our trip Omran checked in with us every day to ensure we were happy and everything was going well. We felt very safe and well looked after throughout our wonderful holiday and we can’t thank Omran enough for his kindness and support. There is a saying "to go an extra mile"... Well that doesn't apply to Omran. He went 100 000 extra miles to provide me and my mum with possibly best quality of service. We felt extremely well taken care of throughout the whole journey. Amman, Jerash, Mount Nebo, Bethany, Madaba, Dead Sea, Dana, Petra, Wadi Rum were our destination but the actual drive from or to each of these places made a very unique experience. Omran made an effort and showed us places we could not find in the travel guide books. I want to thank for every little and big gesture of his generosity which went far beyond my expectations. His rich insight into Jordanian culture and history is priceless. Our experience was full of pleasant surprises, filled with feeling of joy and satisfaction. We booked Omran for a Taylor made trip around Jordan. We covered: 1. Jerash 2. Madaba & mount nebo 3. Dead Sea 4. Petra 5. Amman Omran and his team adjusted my itinerary to see more than what we expected and chose times to visit sites when they was quiet. The vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The drivers are very professional and interaction whilst driving made the journeys go quick.

Omran and his team of drivers were great for our first time in Jordan. Omran picked us up on the first day and took us down the Kings Highway, stopping for local Jordanian coffee and telling us about Jordan and its history. He knows all the best spots and took us to have Turkish coffee, a fantastic lunch in Madaba, and falafel just outside of Petra. On the third day Omran arranged a surprise visit to take a glass bottom boat tour in Aqaba. The other drivers Islam and Raed were friendly, professional, and good drivers. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this tour :)

Omran and all the drivers we had on our trip were excellent. Always on time, really flexible with our schedule that changed a few times, and also gave us recommendations of things to do and places to eat along the way. After finding Omran's company with a Google search we organised a bespoke 12 day itinerary through Jordan, with this company providing drivers and our stay in Wadi Rum. We were blown away by how wonderful this country is to visit, and Omran's drivers were punctual and friendly throughout. The cars were comfortable and we appreciated the flexibility with timings. Omran helped us with suggestions for our itinerary which were really helpful. The Wadi Rum hotel night was brilliant, the staff were so so friendly and the desert is amazing. In terms of itinerary we'd 100% recommend Amman, Feynan Ecolodge, Petra and Aqaba in a heartbeat, but we also went to Madaba & Dead Sea and loved it all.

Jordan is an amazing country with beautiful people a rich culture and long history (not to mention great food!) Omran (from Jordan Day Tour and More) loves his country and showing the best of it to tourists. He was an excellent communicator throughout and gave us some great recommendations to add to our itinerary. Wadi Rum is like another planet, the jeep tour is a must.
