Our tour guy was very cordial. Explanations were clear. Attentive with our needs. Answer all our questions.

The experience is so wonderful especially me and my friend was able to reach up to the top, the monastery! Spectacular Petra! Only thing is time, we had 3 hrs to explore and to be able to reach the top, we rented a mule as we don’t have enough time anymore! Our guide was not that enthusiastic as well. Just the basic.

Daniel was a great guide. We spent a lot of time at The dead sea which is a must. There was an avalanche which kept us from masada at first. The dead sea is def better after masada because of the heat. Daniel made it work great! bring water for sure. Masada was interesting and extremely historic.

Our tour to Petra in Jordan was a wonderful experience thanks to Bein Harim Tourism Services. Everything was on time, the guide they assigned us was very kind, and he gave us a lot of information about Petra history and also about Jordania culture. This company is highly recommended. I give five stars to this company.

What a great journey from Jerusalem to Petra! From start to finish, this tour was an absolute blast. The guide was great and explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The staff at the border were also very friendly and helpful. If you go to Israel, you must do this tour. Petra is amazing and you don't want to miss it.

The best way to visit Petra if you are staying in Jerusalem. The border crossing was very smooth, you don’t have to deal with the bureaucracy as the tour company do it for you on the spot. The guide Ali was great, the group was relatively small.

If you have the option, I would strongly suggest considering the two-day tour. We opted for the one-day tour due to time constraints, and it was still enjoyable, but the two-day tour likely offers more in-depth exploration of the attractions and additional activities. Overall, a great experience and worth considering the longer tour if you can spare the time

The Petra tour was incredible, walking on those picturesque paths is wonderful, the place is magical and out of a movie, the best of the Middle East! The bus is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

I honestly wasn't sure whether I should go on this tour because it's such a long day and some people online seemed disppointed by Petra (too crowded, too smelly, too many people insistently trying to sell you things,...). But it was absolutely fantastic! The early start isn't so bad because you can sleep on the bus, and Petra itself is right up there with the temples at Angkor and the great wall of China. Not to be missed. Here's how the day went. I got up at 2:00 am to get to the Citadel David Hotel by 3:00. Then everyone there got on the bus when it arrived--I think people who booked through different companies all got the same tour, but since there was only one bus at that time it was easy to know which one to get on (unlike the tour I took the next day, which left at 7:55 am). I had imagined that the advertised breakfast available for purchase on the bus would be some kind of boxed meal, but it turned out that we just stopped at a couple of places on the way so people could use the bathroom and buy whatever they wanted. So if you want breakfast, take advantage of these opportunities or bring something with you to eat. There was no tour guide for this stage of the trip, only the bus driver, so it was hard to know what was going on. Once we reached the border everything was explained much more clearly. After we had crossed it wasn't too long before we reached Petra. Here we had a guided tour up to the Treasury (the most famous building at Petra) and then some time to explore on our own. There is way too much to see in an hour or two, but beyond the Treasury there were really no crowds at all and there is lots to see, climb up, etc. With so few people there you can take great pictures and just get a better view of everything. At around 4 pm we met up at a restaurant for lunch (so you really shouldn't skip breakfast!), then back on the bus. Crossing the border this way is much quicker, thankfully, but we still made two stops for bathroom visits and shopping, which slowed us down a bit. I got back to my hotel (a short walk from Citadel David Hotel) around 1 am. So it's a long day, but you can sleep on the bus, and Petra is just unmissably magnificent. It wasn't very crowded (especially once you got past the Treasury), it wasn't smelly, and the vendors were not a problem at all. I'm very, very glad I went.

It was a beautiful one in a lifetime experience. The bus tour was organized and crossing the Israel and Jordan border was smooth. I highly recommend this tour

Most Amazing trip!!! It is definitely worth to start early in the morning, beautiful scenery as you drive along the Dead Sea. Border crossing with ease. You will be emerged in History. Petra is AWESOME!!! It will take your breath away at first sight! It is a Definite Bucket-list must. I Highly recommend this tour.

The guide was kind and helpful. If you’re between choosing the two-day or one-day tour, choose the two-day as extra time in Petra was definitely needed!
