Great day and Juan the tour guide was excellent. We managed to see seals, sea lions and some penguins. Unfortunately no Orcas came out to play but that did not deter us. Was an excellent day

The driver and guide Pedro and Tuiago made sure we had an informed conversation about the vast area we traveled. The car was comfortable for our ride. We traveled quite a lot of miles. We kept on schedule covered all the viewing areas we wanted and made it back to ship at the time we were promised.

Peninsula Valdes was great but the tour operator was not. They didn’t warn us beforehand that they decided to cut the trip short because they had to bring back part of our group back to their cruise ship. They picked us up earlier than expected with no warning and seemed pissed that we didn’t have the good timing from the reservation.

Was a fun trip with a ton of wildlife. I wouldn't book the whale watching through here though. You can pay for the whale watching part once you arrive for literally 1/3 of the price as offered through Viator.

A great day first seeing penguins and elephant seals and then shortly after going on the boat to see lots of beautiful whales. A great, well organized tour with a very nice and good guide!

An amazing experience, particularly the whale-watching! The whole tour was great, we got to see so many beautiful animals and nature. Can highly recommend! Also, our guide Juan filled me in perfectly on english.

Our guide, Juan was amazing at explaining the history and landscape to us as well as finding the wildlife for us to view. Unfortunately the winds were strong which made it impossible to go out and see the whales. But we were able to spot lots of other animals, stop at the interpretive center, wander the beaches, take lots of photos and be introduced to an incredible part of Argentina.

The experience was very nice and I definitely recommend taking the boat tour. The communication with the agency was not very good, I had to message them a couple of times to get a confirmation about the pick up and I didn't get an answer regarding if I needed to buy a ticket for for the park in advance or not and how much it was.

Had a wonderful day at Peninsula Valdes, saw a lot of animals including guanacos, maras, elephant seals, armadillos. Our guide was knowledgeable about the fauna on the peninsula. We were the only couple that didn’t go whale watching so had to find things to do for 2 hours while other went out to sea. Communication could have been a little better, I had to chase the pick up details and we waited for over 30 minutes to be picked up worrying that we had been left behind.

Ignacio was wonderful! The food was delicious, the animals were plentiful, the park was clean and beautiful and Ignacio was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great time and recommend this tour to others.

This was a great trip! Ignacio was the best tour guide and driver! He knew the answers to all of my questions about the flora and fauna of northern Patagonia and especially Peninsula Valdes. We did not get to see whales, but we saw penguins which was the highlight of my trip and many other animals too. Overall great day and great company! Would recommend!

This was wonderful experience! Our guide Ignacio was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also helpful and had great interpersonal skills. I highly recommend visiting this area. We saw a diversity of wildlife including a penguin; most had already left to sea. We also encountered numerous land animals, elephant seals and sea lions throughout the day.

Excellent trip, covered beautiful spots and highlights of the area. Tour guide (Juan) very knowledgeable and gave insight on regions we covered.

I would not recommend it at all! Apart from the local flora we saw very little. If the period is not recommended then they should not offer this kind of tour because it is really a waste of money and time. It has been completely different from what was in the description. In particular: - I had requested the tour to be in English and the tour operator kept speaking in Spanish despite me asking to translate. He said only 2/3 sentences in English and I could tell it wasn’t the full explanation he had given in Spanish. So, I didn’t understand almost anything as I don’t speak good Spanish. - The description stated that the access to the Peninsula Valdes is approx. 650 ARS but we had to pay 2800 ARS per person - Before the trip started we asked the tour operator if we needed cash to pay in restaurants and shops and he assured us that we could use credit cards, but this wasn’t the case and we couldn’t even have lunch because we didn’t have cash as we had to pay the high amount to enter the Peninsula - The description didn’t really specify what we could do if we hadn’t purchased the wale experience so we assumed that there were other activities in place or a trip back to the hotel. But when we got to Punto Piramides in the afternoon, we were told we had to wait in the bus for 2 hours which is unacceptable. So, we had to go back to the hotel with a taxi which cost us 10500 ARS. - Also, there were basically no animals. The very few we could see were so far away that we couldn’t even tell what they were. It felt like we have wasted our money and I don’t even understand what the price I paid included besides the transport as I wasn’t provided with what I was supposed to receive. I don't recommend this experience to anyone as my experience was so bad that I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the same. I send a complaint on August 18 and I'm still waiting to hear a final answer from them despite the many follow-ups.

The trip was great in terms of wildlife and landscapes and our friver was amazing in spotting a lot of animals. However our guide was not reall nice with us, focused more on local, spanish speaking guests. We had half an hour at the orca place, which of course is nothing and we did not have a chance to see one. We stoped at a few places, which were nice. Bring your own water and food as there is nothing, there is a restaurant at one stop but very limited options.

Our bilingual guide Juan was excellent, very knowledgeable. He made our trip an unforgettable experience. We didn’t get to do the whale watching (January is out of whale season), but nevertheless it was so worth it. We got to see sea lions, sea elephants and penguins. Also guanacos (similar to lamas), patagonic hares, armadillos, patagonic ostriches, owls... Our driver was also very good, and would be very attentive for wild animals, pointing them out to us, stopping or going very slowly to take pictures. Our van was comfortable, with good A/C. A wonderful day. Note: even if the weather may seem hot in Madryn, do take a jacket, as it may get very windy (and thus cold) momentarily.

This was a full day with interesting and amazing experiences. We went to the bird's Island. Then we went to the Museum to get some Information about the flora and Fauna. We continued to Puerto Piramides. We went on a whale watching tour where we still saw some whales, although it was late in season. We went with Bottazi, who did a great job. We weent on to Caleta Valdes, where we saw Elephant seals, sea lions, penguins and several other birds species and a wonderful landscape. At last we got to the Northern Point where we saw more animals. On our way we saw guanacos aand owls and Patagonian ostriches. Cesar die a great Job drivingg and giving a bunch of infor,´mation.

Our guide, Juan, was excellent and gave us a wonderful tour. There were 4 of us plus Juan and the vehicle used only held 5 people. We were so crowded in the Car that one person got out and did not go. We have never had a problem like this with any other company.

I did the full day tour and chose to do the optional whale watching tour. My day was amazing, my bilingual guide was fantastic, and we saw Southern Right Whales on the boat trip. On land we saw many birds, including penguins, and several mammals. I've talked to a number of people who took shorter tours of the Peninsula and were disappointed. While this tour's length makes for a long day, I think this makes for a more rewarding experience. My guide was a local who talked about the history and culture of the area as well as the nature we were seeing, and she made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our long trip. Highly recommended.
