What a fantastic way to spend the day exploring the sights and attractions of Penang. Our tour guide and driver Mr Eng was absolutely fabulous . He was very informative , helpful and our personal photographer taking photos for us on our phone. Eng made our day more pleasurable because he was such a great guy with a good sense of humour. Excellent experience. Lester was very kind showing me around Penang. He also told me a lot of history about all the places. The highlight must be Penang Hill which offers a panoramic view of the city. We also saw animals like monkeys running around. All in all, I had a great time and would highly recommend this tour.

Mr. Eng was our guide to Penang. We had just 6 hours in Penang. He picked us up from the airport, dropped us back to the airport. And my parents said exactly this, 'If Mr. Eng was not there, we wouldn't have had this experience from Penang'. So, I'm really happy with Eng. He asked us initially what we wanted, but we left it up to him and he did his best with explaining and taking us to all the important places. So, thank you Mr. Eng and Penang.

Tum was a perfect guide and gave us the exact tour we wanted. He was very accommodating and pleasant! Good job!

We really enjoyed Goh as our driver/guide and experiencing the highlights of Penang. She picked us up in a nice, seemed like new car and was amazing about dropping us off and going to park the car. We loved the funicular and the ‘express’ was worth it for front row views up & down. We also did the large temples in town and Chew Jetty, as well as Harmony Street and the street art. Penang has a lot to offer and we would have liked to do more but for the heat/humidity which was exhausting. She explained all the sights both in the car and when walking, offered to take took our photo at all the locations, and made the trip personal (unlike a group tour). We’d definitely do this again!

Very informative guide, Jeff was very kind and professional, he explained a lot not just about architecture but also about history and society. He spoke perfect English, he kept the right pace and he gave us a comprehensive overview of the spots we decided to visit. Highly recommended!!

The best tours always turn out to be the ones given by friends, and this private tour feels exactly like that. Our guide Jeff took us around Penang Island like I would take friends around who are visiting my hometown. Super relaxed and tailored to what we like to see. Jeff also pointed out some of the cool places for us to visit again afterwards. Highly recommend this tour if you want a good introduction to Penang and get to know your way around the island.

We had a perfect day in Penang with Eng. We loved everything about it. He was well organized and took us all the places we wanted to see whilst beeing extremley friendly and knowlegable.

David met us at an easy location with a very nice private car. He designed a tour for us ahead of time with the limited amount of time we had here. It included lunch at one of his favorite spots. He's incredibly knowledgeable and kind, highly recommended.

Our group of 8 just completed a 6 hour Viator tour of Penang with one of the best guides we have ever had. Her name is Tan Choon Eng. Her email address is [email protected]. She met us exactly where her email specified. We had a large 13 passenger air conditioned van with a very nice driver. TC took us to the Kek Lok Si temple where we spent 90-120 minutes of amazing sights, including all three levels. Then we had lunch at a local food court where we sat at numbered tables and ordered delicious and cheap food from individual hawker stands. Everything was clean, even the western style bathrooms. Then we went on a walking tour of Georgetown and she told us the history of each area we visited, including clan houses, parks and streets near the cruise ship port. We stopped for a local dessert of shave ice, red beans, ice cream and fruit. It was wonderful. She even helped one of us find a place to buy nail polish remover. We recommend TC without any hesitation.

Jeff was awesome! He made the experience very fun, enjoyable, and smooth. There was never a dull moment on our tour. He gave us a lot of tips and ideas for the rest of our trip as well.
