Elaine is a terrific tour guide. She is hospitable, friendly and helpful with tips in getting around Honolulu. Would recommend the tour highly.

Our tour guide cousin Elaine was amazing! She had so much knowledge and history of Hawaii and Pearl Harbor exhibit, punchbowl cemetery and the kings palace. If you book with Robert's Hawaii -- ask for Elaine!!

DONT'T TRUST THE TIMES STATED IN THEIR LITERATURE! Our tour was advertised to run from 7:45 am to 12:45 pm. This is stated on their website and in the confirmation email. When we got on the bus we were told it would return between 1:30 and 2pm. When we told the driver that was not consistent with the stated time and that we had another reservation we would miss he blew us off and told us we could grab a taxi back from Peral Harbor and contact the office for a refund. We arranged other transport back, DID NOT GET THE CITY TOUR, and OUR REQUEST FOR A PARTIAL REFUND WAS DENIED. There is fine print that says times are approximate. Odd that the driver gave us an approximate return window that was 45 to 90 minutes after the stated return time.

A great tour. Ride out to the USS Arizona and around town. The views were spectacular and the drive Georgia was super friendly and informative. Robert’s is a super tour guide company.

This was a unique and wonderful tour. The tour guide did a fantastic prelude on the bus trip with historic background. He made extra effort to get us on the boat to Arizona Memorial right away on an iffy weather day.

What a lovely way to spend a day, exploring Honolulu and seeing Pearl Harbour. Georgia is a fantastic tour guide who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time and shared so much knowledge with us. The tour bus and tour was accessible for a wheelchair user and Georgia made sure that we were always included. Thanks for a great day!

Although it was a rainy day our guide was very positive and caring. She offered wonderful commentary and was very respectful of those who had given their lives for their country as we honored them.

Just the right amount of time to see the film and visit Arizona. Thought the film was very clear giving the background to the attack. Moving experience.

Carl, our tour guide, was wonderful. Very informative and personable. Went out of his way to show and tell us about us the local places and customs. Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial were a must see.

The tour guide mislead us where to go, what time to be where, and how long things would take. We actually ended up ditching the tour because it’s way cheaper that way. The worst part is we booked another tour to claim our 20% off, which took about a month to get the option to claim. So we didn’t save a dime. Super disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND 😡

Wonderful tour, our tour guid was excellent, the coach was very comfortable and Pearl Harbor was a beautiful moving place. A must see when coming to Honolulu

The USS Arizona Memorial was very moving. Stepping in the memorial I just feel heart broken listening to the tour guide and looking at all list of those the brave men that save our lives. Definitely return and pay my respects.

My family and I went to Pearl Harbor for the morning and wanted to get back to the hotel quickly to soak up the sun. Cousin Dave spent an hour and a half driving back, going very slowly. All he talked about was money and couldn’t talk about anything else. Would NEVER recommend using this.

Viator or its operator should provide options for cancellation if someone is unable to make the scheduled tour for health reasons. We tried calling multiple times to request for options but failed. Sad experience.

Great way to see the city and the Arizona memorial. The driver was very pleasant and informative. We were sorry that we could not get out at the Punchbowl National Cemetery but that is not Roberts Hawaii's fault.
