The show itself was great but the box dinner organizers lack of planning cased a huge issue with the flow and confusion of the line process Performers I thought did a great job connecting to the audience.

We had a reservation for the 5 PM show, and I called ahead with a question. During the call, the woman I spoke with said they recommend arriving an hour early, which I hadn't seen or heard anywhere prior to the call. Thank goodness it was early enough that we could make that happen. So, we arrived at four with our pre-purchased tickets, had no trouble getting in at all. We were directed to the line for food, which ran smoothly and we were handed our containers. As stated by so many others, the food is less than perfect and we do wish they offered a ticket price w/o the dinner option, but we ate (at 4:15!) the BBQ (maybe 1/2 cup), baked beans, mac n cheese, roll, and apple cobbler (nothing more than 1/4-1/2 cup), and drink. After eating we went into the show, which was amazing and made us forget all about the sub-par food. The show is worth the price, for sure, and the lumberjacks are simply fantastic. The show itself lasted from 5-6:30, with a 15 minute intermission (drink refills are free if you want to take advantage during this break). We went and got a milkshake afterwards (at dinner time lol) and called it a night. I would give the dinner 4 out of 10, the show 9 out of 10.

We had a great time at the show! The actors did a great job with keeping the audience engaged. Was very crowded when we went with 4-5 large buses but we had a great time. Try not to sit on the edges however because they sometimes do things off to the side and you can't see. The food was okay, I'm not sure what people are expecting with all the complaints with the reviews. I thought it was tasty however I wasnt expecting Paula Dean's home cooking either. I do wish they didn't put the beans with the pork..not everyone like beans but I suppose that's for the gluten free folks. Honestly only complaint I have is the plastic waste with the containers. Can't you switch to a cardboard container?

The food was ok. Thought would be better Paula Deen! The show was not as exciting as I expected. I thought the lumberjacks would do more exciting stunts. Would not return.

Show was very entertaining but the meal was served as a precursor to show . Hence this is a dinner and a show after ! not a dinner show !

We booked a trip for 38 kids from a local elementary school. David Reed was amazing. He couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with our booking. He responded promptly to all my concerns and made some last minute changes for me. He even met our bus when we got there. The show was amazing and our kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this dinner show. The lumberjacks were fun and friendly. They happily took pictures with our kids. I will definitely book again!

Our favorite activity this week! A real true grit competition thats not rigged! These men & women are definitely athletes on another level. So much fun & crowd interaction. The food was pretty good - pork, mac & cheese, baked beans, roll & apple cobbler. Super cute picnic tables to eat on before the show if you choose. We will visit every trip we come back.

We had SOOOOOmuch fun. The show was absolutely fun and amazing! Interactive with the crowd - especially the kids. It was great. The guy and girls have practiced alot and you can tell. They were amazing! However, the meal beforehand was terrible. Someone needs to let Paula Deen know she needs to pay a little attention to the food there. The popcorn was great - and thankful for it because of how bad the meal was.

True Lumberjack show with 13 competitions between "families" Food was a boxed dinner, and was surprisingly good. The show itself was fun, exciting and humorous- would definitely go again!

This was not at all as advertised, when a smoky mountain experience says it’s a supper show this is not what they mean. The food wasn’t from Paula Deens restaurant, I was a glorified tv dinner. And climate controlled doesn’t mean warm, this isn’t a year round show. I would have paid 15.00 for a show ticket in summer, but not 15.00 for a tv dinner. I would suggest finding another show if you want a dinner show.

Everybody who worked here was genuinely friendly, show was entertaining and impressive with some legitimate lumberjack competitions. Food was decent—all in all we thought it was worth it and one of the better options for a show in pigeon forge area.

Boring, I expected better, it was poorly acted and bad food. I didn’t like any of it and I hate I wasted my time and money here

This was a very good show. Like other reviewers have said the food was just ok. Some shaved pork, roll, baked beans, Mac & cheese, and apple cobbler. It was fine but nothing special. But…the show was very enjoyable. We decided early what family we wanted to root for. These lumberjack & jills are clearly talented. Some of the jokes are corny but good clean fun for all. My teenage kids were cracking up. The show was fun & exciting all the way thru. If your looking for a good show, this is the one for you. I’d highly recommend as my family truly enjoyed it.

The food was ok but the show was awesome. They did a great job keeping the audience engaged in the competition. The humor was definitely targeted for the younger audience.

Long lines to get tickets and to get food. Facility seemed understaffed. The show was fun. Great audience participation. Food was tolerable.

I wish you could but a ticket without dinner- not the greatest. Show was great though and we had a good time but can see a lot of wasted food- including ours!

It was a really good dinner show. It's a very interactive show. Despite other reviews, we were pleased with the food. It was barbecue with a side of Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, mac and cheese, baked beans, and a parfait(graham cracker crumbs, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream). They renamed "the wave" "the Clarence," which is my name, and the crowd all said my name while doing it.

Show great but the service, food and the table for the BBQ sauce and serving ware only had room for 2 at a time. Show great!.
