Roman was the perfect mix of knowledgeable and entertaining. This eBike tour made it super easy to get a feel for the historic Parisian streets. I recommend this tour for early in your visit to help you navigate through the highlights of the city.

You will not regret booking this! Thomas, our guide is a total rockstar. His knowledge of the city and his fun, witty personality made this trip one of our most favorite things. You pretty much get to see the entire city with the ease of an electric bike. Parts you could never reach on foot or from a bus. Thomas took pictures of us at every stop and even a little video of us riding our bikes at the Eiffel Tower. Very well organized and a total blast! Highly recommend.

We had a great time on our bike tour! Our tall 9 year old had no problem driving the bike and our 5 year old was comfortable in the child seat. In the Paris location there was a parking garage to practice riding the bikes before getting started. The tour was awesome, the guides (Sofia/Roman) were very friendly and knowledgeable about the stops. The bikes were very easy to use and very fun to ride. Paris has a great cycling culture, there are dedicated bike lanes and everyone is very respectful of bike traffic. Overall it was one of our favorite days of the trip, highly recommend!

Booked this to do with teen daughter after a friend recommended this firm after doing a similar trip to Paris with teens. It has been a highlight of the trip. It was great fun. I was worried it was going to pour with rain but we got lucky with the weather! Definitely a bonus having the electric bike. Saw loads of sites and a lot more entertaining than walking everywhere. Really would recommend with teenagers.

This is a scam- we came at 11:10 exact and the tour operator already left for tour that starts at 11:00 . It was clearly mentioned in their ad that they will wait till 11:10. Multiple attempts were made to contact tour operator with texts and other means to tell them that r stuck in traffic but we did not get any response .In the hurry to make it ,my wife fell as meeting point was in a dark place and there were some obstacles which cannot b seen. She bruised her knee and hand pretty badly . We are going to hire a lawyer to sue them for medical expenses among others

Roman was a great guide. Lots of good information. Less stuffy than other guided tours we’ve been on. We felt safe during the entire experience.

We really enjoyed our bike tour. We were a bit nervous about the traffic but we loved it as did our kids (11 &15). Best way to see and learn about the city. Even the cold weather didn’t take away from the amazing experience.

Not only was the tour interesting and fun but our guide took amazing photos of my husband & myself that I wasn’t expecting.

Guide was a history buff. Made the time enjoyable and learning experience. I went with my 15 yr old daughter. We are both from the US. Highly recommend.

The tour was excellent! Our guide was fantastic and he took many photos of us. The bikes and routes are very safe and my two teen daughters (14 and 17) loved the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. You’ll be happy you chose it.

My 16 year old was nervous because she’s not a seasoned bike rider but my husband and I were super excited. The guides were wonderful and patient with everyone in our group. There were some scary moments in the traffic of Paris that got our adrenaline going but we really enjoyed it.

Incredible tour, lots of fun with a great informative tour guide. We felt safe and the bike were excellent. What a great way to see and experience Paris and all the major sites in just over a couple of hours. Roman our guide couldn't have been more helpful along the way. Highly reccomend this as a great way to see Paris. They take all the pics at major spots along the way so you don't need to.

due to heavy traffic we arrived 15 minutes late but then there was another group of 3 people that arrived 30 minutes late. we explained to the person who was preparing us for the ride that we need to finish at 1 pm which was the scheduled time to end. we started out and the guide was in the front and not waiting for everyone to ride together so we were all very far spread out and since they asked my father to be in the back he was the last one and often finding himself passing traffic signals just to keep up wiith the group. (incidentally, this is not our first bike tour we do them in every city we go to but it was the most unprofessional we have ever seen. anyway back to what happened. it was rainy and wet but still the guide did not take any precautions and thank god for the first 1 hour everyone was safe. then in the rain on electric bike ( which were more like mopeds than bikes) he takes us on a long metal ramp. ( now anyone who rides knows wet metal and bikes don’t do well together). he did not warn anyone he just went ahead not even looking back. well, turns out my father who i must say is an avid cyclist (and would never ride on a metal ramp in the rain but did not know where we were going so he had to follow the route) fell on the ramp because the tires gave out and of course the guide and everyone trying to keep up with him kept going. nobody knew where my father was yet he was injured. about 10 minutes later the guide came back and fiund me and by that time he was able to get his composure and ride but he was hurt. from his legs to his shoulder he was in pain but he rode slowly after that just because the ride was coming to an end. he kept telling the guide it is fine because we will be back in a few minutes anyway. apparently the guide decided to go overtime and when my father who was in pain told him over and over we need to be back by 1 pm as we have an appt he kept saying he knows and no problem. but he did not care because now it was 1:05 pm and he stopped at another monument and when my father told him we need to get back it is past 1 pm he started yelling at my father telling my father that he "explitive" up his bike" to which my father replied that you F'd up my body and then the guide started threatening to harm my father and he was yelling and screaming. while my father was injured we told the guide we can go back now and take the bikes but if we are not going now we are leaving the bikes and we have to go. he continued to curse and threaten to physically harm my father who was already injured from the fall and then the guide said get off the bikes which we did and he said we can not ride anymore so we jjust walked away. my father till today has a pain in his leg and his shoulder it is possible he cracked a rib from the this fall. my father said to us that he did not blame anyone or ask anyone for sympathy. he just wanted the ride to end and for days he was taking tylenol and advil during the trip. this was the first day of our 6 day vacation to which started off as a nightmare. this operator should be banned from ever offering tours on viator again. it is kind of strange that they use the word "friendly" in the description of their tour because it was anything but friendly!!

The ride was awesome! Saw so many sites and learn so much! What a memorable experience! The pictures that were sent afterwards we great also!

Such a bad experience, we were on our way, talked to the guy by WhatsApp telling him that we are happy to pay him more coz arrived there at 11:07. It was my partners birthday, and it was not our fault as we tried to get the cab several times but the website were busy so it was getting rejected constantly we left the hotel 2 hours before at 9:00AM to be there on time, everything happened was out of control. Really bad experience as we planned it months ago

Perfect first day in Paris! Thomas gave us a good safety briefing before Roman guided us all over Paris for 2 hours with many stops. It was our 20 year old daugher’s first time so a super fun overview of the city. We felt very safe the entire time. They provided sanitized helmets and at the very end, ponchos for the rain. It gets cold driving around so dress warmer that you think you need. I can’t wait to see the pictures Roman took!

Such a brilliant way to see so many beautiful sights of Paris. A good briefing beforehand and got to practise riding in a parking lot, it was well-structured (and had designated order to ride in). Our tour guide shared just the right amount of information at each stop. He also took lots of photos of each individual group at key monuments, which were emailed to us a few days later. Most of the riding was in designated bike lanes and we always felt safe. Only down side - we booked this company as it didn't advertise to have an age limit - so our 9 year old grand daughter was not able to ride her own bike (so was very disappointed), instead she had to dink on the back of my husband’s bike. Otherwise highly recommend the guide and this tour.
