Die Atmosphäre im architektonisch tollen, aufwendig und skulpturengeschmückten Gebäude, das als Stadtpalais aus dem 17.Jh stammt und Hôtel Salé genannt wurde, ist außergewöhnlich und wirkt besonders im Zusammenspiel aus Alt und Modern als dauerhaftes Picasso Museum sehr beeindruckend. Die aktuelle Ausstellung, in unterschiedlichen Wohnräumen/Säalen präsentiert, hat mir sehr gut gefallen und zeigt eine erstaunlich große Bandbreite unterschiedlicher Epochen und Stilrichtungen Picassos. Ich würde jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch dort machen und kann es nur empfehlen. Es macht Sinn Eintrittskarten online im Vorverkauf zu erwerben um Warteschlangen beim Einlass ins Museum zu umgehen.

Tolle Ausstellung zur Rosenberg Sammlung zur Zeit noch, The Collection ohnehin überwältigend, zu viel für einen Tag

The Picasso Museum is excellent - in a beautiful venue, & with the combination of an-ex private house with its decor including paintings, and a more traditional art gallery upstairs. We discovered our visit was on a special family weekend & it was wonderful to see all the young children being introduced to Art in this way.

We got there a bit late. However, the staff were very friendly. They let us see the third floor with only 10 minutes to closing time. The artwork was beautiful and curated to perfection.

We loved our visit. Beautiful house, amazing art displayed so well. Roof top terrace and a great cafe. By far the best experience we had in Paris.
