I'm sure it's fun if you actually get to go out, but there's a chance they just totally mess you about and you never do. Given there are loads of other companies offering this service, why risk it? I made a reservation on their website for 5.30pm on a Saturday. This was the last slot of the day that had availability. After making my booking, someone called me to ask if i could come at 4pm. I was not able to so I asked if they could return my money so I could book with another company. The lady said she would double check with her colleagues if 5.30pm worked and she called me back 30 minutes later asking what the earliest time I could do was. We agreed on 5pm -- which I could just about make work. I came at 5pm but the boat wasn't there -- just the lady who I spoke with on the phone. After waiting around for about 40 minutes (there's no seating or shade), the boat showed up and the guy running it said he couldn't take me out because there was 'no wind'. He said it wasn't possible to do it and we should do it tomorrow morning, on the Sunday, at 1030am (the wind on Sunday morning was forecast to be exactly the same as it was at 530pm on the Saturday but i agreed to return). I showed up at 1020am on the Sunday to be told there was a problem and that they could not contact the guy with the boat. I had already told them that I had to finish by 1130am (as I needed to check out of my hotel). They told me we just had to wait 30/40 minutes and maybe the guy would show up... Why didn't they think to call me ahead of time and let me know there was a problem?! I asked for my money back which they said would be returned to my card. If it doesn't return in a few days I will dispute the charge. Despite a nice chat with the lady while I was waiting on Saturday afternoon, this was a total waste of my time. The guy who was running the boat was unapologetic, and the lack of consideration towards a paying customer was unprofessional. The whole thing took up more than 3 hours of my time (walking down there and back twice, waiting around, booking, etc.) and annoyingly, i never got to go parasailing. I recommend trying another company!

The flight over the sea was amazing. It. was really funny. At the beh in inglese I was a little scared, but then it was amazing

My family of Four (2 Adults & 2 Children) had a great time doing Parasailing with this business!! They were very helpful in getting us strapped up safely and were very nice to both my children! They showed us a wonderful time and experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do any water sport with this company! Obviously the views and the weather were so stunning and peaceful. This was my first time and now will be doing this activity again!

Fantastic experience ….the boat captain was crazy and made the experience very exhilarating…be prepared to be out for 2 hours as the boat was full

Great time with the team! Enjoyed the experience, we were on the boat for 1 horu with 3 other couples, everyone got one refreshment which was a nice touch. Felt safe and secure. Only recommendation would be more safety talk in English just incase but instructors were friendly

It was our first time going Parasailing and it was just brillant, the two guys that took us out on the boat were great, would highly recommend this

This was a very fun adventure in Alicante! The experience was both exciting and very calm when you're flying. Please note that if you suffer from motion sickness, you should consider taking medication beforehand :)

It was canceled due to bad weather now I'm having a right game getting my money back and I fly home tomorrow so it will cost me in phone bills aswell

The parasailing element was great fun. Great views, felt comfortable and was having a good time. However meeting point on Viator is incorrect and makes you go to the wrong location, this needs to be amended. Also really sad as asked for photos and somehow they lost them after we paid which we genuinely gutted about.

We had great time parasaling and guy was flying with that boat on the way back so it was two times fun in one

In between an exhilarating take off from and landing on the boat, it was a beautiful 'flight' taking in the scenery of Alicante. The lads in charge were ever so polite and safety came first.

MY Experience was great. I am afraid of flying but this was so relaxing and I would do it again. NO need to be afraid:) recommended

We had last min call saying they are overbooked and cant make it, we were half way to them. So qe waist petrol amd time. One of as couldnt make it on diferent day as he had flight back home, so we lost money again. Ordered pictures, they said it will be profesional, but it was far a way from good quality. The rest as fligh experience was great, we did enjoy.guys in bouth was great and helpful

It was a beautiful experience and very secure. I have a problem with my knee and walk with the walker, so attentive crew helped me, so I could enjoy parasailing and cross from my Bucket List…lol
