We were at the hotel reception at the pick-up time 15:30 but no one came. I sent a message to the tour operator at 15:33 but there was no response. I sent another message at 15:44, there was no response again. At 15:53, I contacted Viator via WhatsApp. At 16:09, the Viator responder tried to reach the tour operator. At 16:12, the responder said they couldn’t reach the tour operator. The person said I’d be able to get a refund if the tour operator is still unresponsive after 72 hours. I sent an email with screenshots of my messages to the tour operator. 18 days later, Viator are refusing to give me a refund. They are saying that the tour operator alleges that we were picked up and that we went on the tour. This is not true. There is no excuse. Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!! If I could give zero star, I would.

The whole trip was a shambles from start to finish. The driver was 15 minutes late and parked 10 minutes away from my hotel so I had to walk. When I got to the beach I was told I would have to wait. I waited for two hours and as I was about to leave they said okay come on let’s go and the parasailing lasted about 3 to 4 minutes maximum The photographer just tried to keep pressuring me to buy photos which there was no chance in hell I was going to do. They were not apologetic at all. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. The whole day was absolute garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Avoid avoid avoid.

Flying like a bird was amazing. I truly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to trying it again in the future.

It was an amazing experience! I Would definitely do it again. Must try even though you are scared of heights.

The enitre trip was so easy and smooth! There was good communication regarding pickup and drop off and driver arrived exactly on time! The boat driver and photographer were efficient to do their job. Trip was exactly as described, we loved it! We felt flying safe and the view was amazingly beautiful up in the sky!!! It would have good if the fly time was 15 mins instead 5-7mins. Perhaps it's a time to introduce new excursion with a bit more time :)

Amazing paragliding trip. Guides were attentive and instructed us well. We paid for professional photos which were worth it.

An excellent trip with my family 2 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed our parasailing experience very much. The staff were knowledgeable and guided us perfectly. The professional photos we purchased were excellent. Thank you - we hope to return soon!

It was amazing the guides were great and helpful they were very smooth We liked everything. the only problem was that the activity took less than 5 minute.

Somos 3 adultos y 2 niñas.Nos deja el conductor y pasa 1 hora al sol hasta que nos suben a la motora. suben a mi mujer y una de las niñas y a 50 metros d altura al lado d la costa se rompe la cuerda y se suelta,paracaidas,caen directamente y por un par de metros no dan en el suelo estando cerca una estructura metálica oxidada. Cuando se dan cuenta se aproximan unas cuantas lanchas. ellas no han sido conscientes pero pudieron sufrir graves daños.la cuerda estaba vieja y se partió en el agarre del barco.no de disculparon y solo nos cambiaron a otra embarcación. tras subir otra vez solo estuvimos arriba cada uno menos de 4 minutos cronometrados.tenemos el vídeo del rescate. Por otro lado el chofer que nos recoge nos avisa que en 5 minutos pasa a recogernos en la calle donde nos dejo,una avenida a 500 metros d la actividad sin sombra. 5 minutos después le reclamamos por whassapp que lo esperamos nos dice que tiene retraso y que en 5 minutos esta. volvemos a escribir y nos dice que va otro compañero.tuvimos que esperar aún más tiempo en un mcdonald cercano para beber agua y aguantar el calor.tenemos el whassapp de la conversación.

Esperienza davvero molto bella , ti vengono a prendere in hotel , all'entrata e ti portano fin dove si svolge l'attività, che dura circa 2 ore e mezza tra transfer e parasailing , da provare .

Davvero fantastico. Tutto ben organizzato. Volo di circo 7 minuti con foto e video a circa 15 euro. Bellissimo.
