Every bit of the experience was great. Kelsey and Savannah greeted us as soon as they pulled in and we hung out at a picnic table chatting while things were getting ready. They explained everything in detail and quickly navigated the process with our teens. Beautiful ride out the to spot. Smooth take off, smooth landing, AMAZING! THANK YOU Kelsey and Savannah!

Very friendly and experienced people was my first time parasailing and would definitely go again bat driver and crew were awesome we were a bit late due to traffic but they were very accommodating

we booked got to our pick up point called viator they had no reservation for us 3 adults at 1:30 we waited I called they looked on the logs and said we never made a reservation then how would I know where to go to meet the boat..

Great staff. Professional and fun. Would highly recommend. We saw sharks and manatees and absolutely love it.

We had a wonderful time on our excursion with Bobbie as our captain ! He was exceptionally friendly ,made it a memorable experience for my 9 yr old grandson Jameson and my husband John who actually did the parasailing and made it very enjoyable for me as an observer ! Bobbie was so knowledgeable, fun , and kind ..we felt very safe with him on the boat..he explained things to us ..he made my grandson feel very special ..was quite a gentleman Assisting us on and off the boat ,and helped to make quite a memorable experience for all of us ..Adam also helped to make it a great time ..we can’t thank the two of them enough ….we highly recommend this excursion and hope to do again …we were vacationing from NJ and hope to return to AMI and would like to parasail again .and we would definitely request to have Bobbie and Adam as our guides again ..they are the best !! Somewhat reluctantly, I joined my teenage son on this trip. Was very pleasantly surprised. I knew it would be fun and have great views, but I was surprised by the professionalism of the entire operation. Felt very safe and orderly. You don’t even need to get wet if you don’t want to (although we did, which I highly recommend). Great staff. A highlight of the trip.

The most memorable part was driving to the spot. The ocean was beautiful and there were so many boats and jet skis out on the water. It was fun being in the air as well. I took lots of cool pictures of the island.

Genuinely was an amazing experience. Had good music to jam out too and Captain Adam and Bobby were great guys and really funny. Nice people and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely do it again with them.
