From the moment I embarked on my 3-day and 2-night journey with Paradise Cruise, I knew that I'm in for something special. The breathtaking views, the serene ambiance, and the luxurious comfort set the stage for what was to become an unforgettable escape from the everyday hustle. The heart of this experience was undoubtedly the exceptional service, and for that, I owe my deepest gratitude to BELLE, the manager, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality shone through in every aspect of my stay. Her ability to anticipate my needs and ensure my comfort made me feel like royalty. Equally commendable was EMMAN, my butler, whose impeccable service and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of delight to my cruise. His professionalism and dedication to his work were evident, and his personal touches did not go unnoticed. Every meal was a culinary adventure, each excursion an exploration of paradise, and the overall experience was nothing short of magical. Thanks to BELLE, EMMAN, and the entire crew, I left with cherished memories and a yearning to return.

Fantastic cruise. Rooms were very nice and clean on arrival. Food was excellent but the best part was our waiter Nyi who gave the best service! Friendly, polite and professional, ready to help with anything we need. Would definitely recommend!

What a treat, if you're looking to spoil yourself, Paradise Elegance is definitely the way! The whole process was smooth, picked up by minivan from our hotel in Hanoi and taken right to the boat. As we boarded, we were showered with rose petals... how nice is that! At first we were shown to our table in the dining area (as we had booked the executive balcony, we were seated in the piano bar which was separated from the main dining area). After the safety briefing, we found our room and we were not disappointed, a huge king bed, separate closet area and bathroom. All of the meals were delicious and plentiful. There were scheduled excursions each day, which was great. The jacuzzi on the sundeck was an added bonus and we were entertained the first night by piano duet. All of the staff were fabulous 😍 Please do yourself a favour and book the 3 day/2 nights, it's so worth it!

We spent our time on board the Paradise Elegance 2 in state of comfort. The staff we excellent, friendly and anticipated our needs. The food was amazing and the live music in the evening really helped up relax and enjoy our time on board. The trips and excursions were also excellent and the staff who also worked as the tour guides were very knowledgeable and excellent English speakers! Finally we availed of an onboard massage and it was so good we went for a second!

Wonderful experience! The staff and the boat itself were both amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The food was amazing and the views were stunning. The balcony on the room was lovely to sit on in the evenings.

The staff were amazing so helpful, kind, always smiling, making sure that you have the most amazing experience ever. The food was divine with unlimited drinks. I loved the way we dressed up for dinner in the traditional Vietnamese costume and got cooking classes.

The view is amazing even if though it look the same after some time. The cave are stunning. The food on the boat is amazing mostly the dinner & lunch. The 2nd day food fit our vietnamese pallet. The bed room is pretty.

Had a great time in Paradise Elegance. My wife and I got to experience the beauty of Halong Bay in an excellent way. The team of Paradise Elegance 2 were attentive to all our needs and served us with 10/10 hospitality

The views are amazing and it feels so relaxed. Staff are so attentive. The boat was beautifully appointed and we felt very spoilt. Cruising through these monoliths is very special. Wish it was longer.

Highly recommend this cruise if you’re looking to relax. It was not a party boat. We stayed in the Captains Suite which was definitely worth the extra $$$ - and included an amazing personal butler who made the whole experience so much better (for example he organized for us to have a private dinner on the sun deck). Food was amazing too.

We had an excellent time on this cruise. The staff, food and ambiance were all top level. Our server, Sam, was so friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I think this is one of the nicest cruises in Ha Long Bag.

What a great experience that isn't to be missed. Ship and crew are excellent very organised with excursions throughout each day, or you just sit and chill. Food was great also, you will never go hungry 😄

The service was great on our boat and room comfortable etc - tour manager particularly good. We were v disappointed with the first day of the cruise, the places we visited were heaving which really took the edge off and felt like at night we were moored up with loads of other boats not far from the city where would have been good to go further into the bay. Also, felt v polluted. However, if you do it make sure you do 2 nights as our second day was such a better experience, went further into the bay on a smaller boat, much quieter and we had a fabulous lunch - chalk and cheese experience. So glad we didn't just do 1 night.
