If you agree on a meeting point time and place, you shouldn't change these important points. If the group sets off five minutes early, don't be surprised if people get lost. A bus departure at the end of the tour early is also unacceptable. People exploring the city on their own would have had more time. Poorly organized in general. It wasn't clear where the tour started because the staff dressed in yellow were not uniform. There were four people wearing different yellow clothes. The tour itself was good. But you couldn't hear the guide without an audio device. Nobody told you that beforehand. But we didn't want to spend extra money on that.

An excursion totally compatible with an 8:30 a.m. cruise arrival. A great guide, thank you Andrea!!!!!

This is not a panoramic bus tour. This is a bus transfer to Rome and an 8 km walking tour through Rome. A completely misleading description. I cannot recommend this tour to families with strollers and people with slight walking restrictions. This has nothing to do with a panoramic bus tour, more with a bus racing tour.

The guide's service (interesting) was limited just before arrival in Rome on the bus (nothing at the Vatican) then to go from the Vatican to the Colosseum on the bus. Then, free time. In short, talking about a tour with a guide does not correspond to reality. We spent more time WITHOUT a guide than with one. Not satisfied at all and we will not recommend this excursion.

Want a cheap trip to see the sights without much background details then this is the one. The tour strated in a coffee shop/gift shop at the Vatican but with the allimportant W.C. Been to the sites before so one option was to stay onboard the bus and just look at life in Rome. when dropped off there was very little group guiding and as the tour guide wanted to eat in a restaurant those that did not want to join were free to wander for a bit.

We did not have the paid service, that is to say: panoramic bus with audio guide....... We had thanks to the guide who accepted a classic bus for us with Andréa as guide and visited ROME in foot..... My husband being disabled it was difficult for him. The was 148.50€ for 3 adults and 1 child, for this presentation the people who accompanied us paid 25 euros with audio guide....... Moreover the guide was understanding and accepted us. I am filing a complaint as this one advised me. Kind regards Mrs Badeig Michelle.

Complicated departure due to latecomers, but nice visit to Rome. A day is too short to spend more time at each monument.

I expected more explanation from the guide. Nothing was said during the walk through the city. On the bus, but because it had to be in so many languages, there was not enough time to say much. Tip: make it 1 or at most 2 language trips

The tour was okay, but unfortunately the panoramic bus tour we had booked suddenly turned into a classic Rome excursion. Unfortunately, walking with a baby wasn't what we had imagined.
