What an amazing day! Luis our guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Seeing the Panama Canal in person is something I will never forget. The boat ride at Gatun Lake was incredible. We saw shipping containers passing by and seeing birds and the monkeys was awesome too.

Dan was incredibly knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed his personality and guided presence. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone, He is an asset to your organization (represents you very well). Thank you!

This was the most incredible experience ever! Truly a beautiful time spent from start to finish and huge props to our tour guide, Dan, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely informative, thoughtful and so kind throughout the entire tour. This excursion is 100% worth it and recommend making this a priority when in Panama. You’ll feed monkeys, see alligators and bats too!

Our guide was super and we learned about the Canal from it first beginnings to the current operation.

Dan was an amazing tour guide! He gave us a brilliant history of the area on the way to the canal locks, and kept us to time to make sure we got to see the locks in operation, the imax movie of the canals development, and a wonderful tour of the canal lake with some wildlife viewing. We wanted a private Panama Canal tour that was informative and where we could see cool animals. This was it! Inspired: Kelly, our guide, was wonderful! Transportation: Kelly picked us up at the hotel and his SUV was very comfortable. Canal: The boat ride was great Creatures: Plenty of monkeys, a turtle, iguanas, and a crocodile! Return: 100% yes!

Great trip and very educational. Learned a lot and also got to see 3 kinds of monkeys at Gatun Lake. Dan was an excellent guide with a lot of local knowledge and he made our day a lot of fun!

The tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about Panama, Panama City history. He also share some fun facts with us :) he took photos of us and we appreciate it a lot, since it would be nice souvenir for our family to share. the tour was also very relaxing, we did it with our 3 years old son and he really enjoyed the tour! It was nice seeing him having so much fun :) there was a wind on the boat, not strong, for us it was even a blessing (it can be quiet hot in Panama in March) but our son can be sometimes really delicate and the tour guide gave him a head coverage , thanks a lot! We also saw different species of monkeys, and an aligator (!) I would really recommend this tour. In our opinion the duration is accurate, and you can come back with some interesting fact you could not read in internet so easily!

Everything about this trip was fun for the family. Make sure you ask to buy coconuts at the food stand on the way to the boat.

Top! Thanks to Dan, our funny, knowledgeable and experienced guide, we discovered so many things in just half a day. Miraflores locks, huge vessels close-up, agua de caña on the road, beautiful private boat trip, hand-feeding monkeys, sunset on the canal. Everything with a wealth of information, recommendations, jokes, makes it feel like a family trip. Two thumbs up!
