Amazing day with Yesra on the tour to the cotton castle pamukkale and hierapolis. Such a passionate interesting and knowledgeable tour guide. A lovely lady who exuded passion and interest in the history which brought the whole place to life. Thank you for a special day.

Yesra was an amazing tour guide. Giving far more local history than expected. She was very passionate and genuine. I would look for tours with her as the guide. Loved her endearing ‘my lovelies.’

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience— it was seamlessly planned, and I felt that Yesra, our guide, took great care to make sure that we were all able to have time to enjoy what we each wanted to do in Pamukkale. She was helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The tour company also worked to negotiate a transfer straight from the tour to the airport for me— wonderful service and experience. This was actually better than the pictures, for me, which is a rare thing indeed.

Very good tour. Took 3 hours to get there from our Kusadasi Hotel. Had an excellent lunch at a 5-star hotel (included in the price). The site (Hierapolis) itself is really fantastic and historic. Our guide (Selcuk) was really good - patient and knowledgeable. The Pamukkale travertines were amazing. We were glad we did not pay for the Cleopatra's pool part of the tour. That pool looked very filthy and crowded. I would advise against it.

We went to Pamukkale with my girlfriend in june.The bus was comfortable and clean,the open buffet was clean and delicious.The guide was experienced and explanation about Hierapolis was good.We enjoyed in travertines and came back,so overall this was one of the best tours we attended with my girlfriend.

Our tour guide was excellent, provided lots of historical insights into Turkey and Pamukkale. It was a long day, but was worth it as Pamukkale is really a unique place.

Erdem was a great guide for our day in Pamukkale. Kept us entertained and on our feet, told us interesting, insightful and informative stories about the area of Hieropolis itself. The journey from Kusadasi to Pamukkale is about 3 hours, with a break in between at a women owned and run cafe stop. They were lovely with yummy sandwiches for breakfast and amazing Turkish tea (not included but would recommend trying as it is fairly inexpensive). From there is the journey to Pamukkale, where first you do a short workshop at a gemstone seller where they explain the types of onyx that have been found in the surrounding area and what they’ve made from it. You can buy these from their shop if you’d like, and as Erdem had said to us they aren’t pushy, they won’t force you to buy anything at all if you don’t want to. After this it’s lunch before going into the Pamukkale-Hieropolis site which is a buffet, which is supbar, the salads are nice but the mains and entrée’s were not very satisfying and felt like they were lacking flavour. Drinks are at an extortionate price. But don’t blame the guide for this. The dessert itself though we’re very nice. And last but not least the ruins and the terraces/hot springs. It is absolutely amazing, Erdem is great at guiding and explaining everything and directing you about what is relevant and worth seeing, allows plenty of time to go around and have a look and enjoy your time there. Honestly it’s a great tour very much worth doing if you’re anywhere near enough to it. Edrem speaks very good English as well which makes the tour enjoyable with great humour. The driver was also very kind and nice, drove smoothly and safely.

Erdem won't let you sleep on the bus, and will fill your brain with new knowledge, Erdem is an expert in figs and history! Regarding Pamukale the view is amazing, and the food is good! the driver drove us carefully in a clean bus.

We took the tour with a group of other people and our tour guide was Edrem Eryilmaz. The tour went really smooth, right from the pickup until the drop back. Edrem was a great guide who had good knowledge about the places we visited and he also helped us with any language issues we had while conversing with the locals on the way. He had a good sense of humor too which helped keep the journey a fun and light one. The food stops were good too and being vegetarians also, we didn’t feel any discomfort.

The experience was unique and Erdem made it even more enjoyable with his story telling and fun tidbits!

Was amazing day the trip was fantastic family of 5 with kids, the kids loved it as well ,our trip guy Erdem eryilmaz was amazing take photos for us as we was in pools ect all around great

We had a great time during our trip to Ephesus. Special shout out to Erdem - our tour guide. He was super friendly and had great enthusiasm for the history and culture of Turkey which made the whole experience a whole lot of fun.
