Kyle was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable about areas of interest while going to the vineyards. We highly recommend this tour

What a wonderful tour!! The wine country was beautiful and the wine tasting experience was great. Out of the 3, my favorite winery was Roche (although) hard to compare cause they were all different. Our tour guide, Caio, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service! He helped ensure we had a good time! Would definitely recommend this Painted Ladies tour:-)

We had such a great time with Jim who is true local, really nice to talk with, a great storyteller and safe driver. As French we were not so convinced by the wine we tested but still enjoyed the unique experience of this tour!

We had a private tour with 5 adults and 3 children. Jim our tour guide was so wonderful and knowledgeable. He gave us a great day out. We had a fantastic start with a drive down windy Lombardy street and an iconic Golden Gate Bridge photo stop before hitting three fantastic vineyards in Sonoma. Such a fantastic day out for everyone.

We booked the wine country tour with the Painted Ladies company and Caio was an absolutely amazing guide. Caio picked us up near Union Square and stopped at the Golden Gate Bridge were we had mimosas. Then we headed across the bridge to Sonoma Valley. Of the three locations that we stopped at, the Roche Winery was our favorite. Our host was very informative and answered all of our questions while we enjoyed the different wines that she brought to our table. This was an incredible learning experience and we would definitely do it again.

This tour was lovely! Our tour guide Caio made the experience wonderful and entertaining! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Great time on the Painted Ladies Tour! Lunch at the second winery was delicious. Josh was also a great tour guide and accommodating. Would love to do it again with better weather!

My boyfriend and I had such a great time on this trip. It was such a nice and unique experience. I loved that it was such a small group. We got to really talk with the other couple and get to know them, they we so sweet. The three wineries we checked out were great. The first had an amazing host, Devon, who was wonderful and friendly. The second had such delicious food. And the third was in a cave, which made for a super fun tasting. Our tour guide, Jim, was so sweet and knowledgeable. The only thing was that the van was a little loud. Which didn’t bother me at all, I just felt bad when Jim had to sort of yell over it at times.

We went wine tasting in Sonoma for my 40th birthday. Jim was our tour guide and he was fabulous. The wineries were lovely, the views along the way were spectacular, and pearl our VW was great. Thank you for such a wonderful day. The other couple who came on the tour are now our new friends. 10 out of 10.

Highly recommend this trip. It could not have been easier. The driver, Jim, is a San Fran native and has a passion for his city. I would suggest asking for him (although I am sure all of the drivers are great). His insight and commentary was much appreciated. We saw three, diverse wineries and were able to see the country-side which was a nice break from the city. The vw vans are kitschy and actually comfortable. We had six people and plenty of room. This was a “dad/daughter” trip and the wineries were very open to explaining everything to my daughter. A+ tour.

We had a lovely day and enjoyed the beautiful scenery both in the city and in Sonoma. Jim was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable and personable! He clearly loves his native city and shared many interesting tidbits about SF and Sonoma with enthusiasm. The VW bus (named Pearl) was a blast to the past and reminded me of the one that we had when I was a kid. We enjoyed the winery selections and were treated royally at each one. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

We’re so glad we booked this tour we had such an amazing time. Caio was out tour guide and was knowledgeable ,super friendly , we will be back with more people to do another wine tour with different wineries. Our favorite stop has to be the cave at Deerfield ranch winery if I had to pick one but they were all great!

All the wineries were amazing and informative! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about SF, the wines, and Sonoma. He went out of his way to take our photos and make us mimosas at the Golden Gate Bridge and bought Italian truffles for us! Despite the audio system not working our tour guide (Caio) evoked a fun atmosphere and let us choose music off his phone/spotify. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to SF and wanting to take a wine tour!

What started out a rainy ,foggy day where we couldn’t even see out first stop (Golden Gate Bridge) turned into the most amazing experience. Caio turned the day totally around with his informative guide and amazing personality throughout wine country. He explained everything and answered any questions we had , gave his opinions on food/bev suggestions and was overall a great tour guide . He made the trip so much fun and the day cleared up and everything was perfect . If you can request a certain driver be sure to ask for Caio!!!!

What an amazing tour! Jim was amazing and very informative along the way. Jim took great care of us and was a fantastic driver. Really enjoyed the first stop at roche. All wineries and staff were great and provided information on the winery. All three wineries were different and enjoyable.

Amazing experience from the beginning. Jim was an excellent guide and even messaged the night before to confirm pick up details. Great bus too. We were in Buttercup which was charming. Great wineries and lunch. Highly recommended

Jim was our tour guide for the experience. He was super friendly and explained the history of many buildings and structures that we drove past on the way to sonoma valley. We were greeted with mimosas and felt like it was a super personal experience. I went with my parents and they loved it!

Our driver/guide Ciao was great! Young fellow from Brazil who has only been in SF for a few years but really has learned a lot about the Bay Area! Great communicator and really made the trip fun for our group. The wine part was also good!

My friends and I did the Sonoma Winery Tour and had an awesome time! Our tour guide Caio was great (very friendly and knowledgeable)! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone in San Fran looking for an amazing day in wine country. (Oh and the morning mimosas near the Golden Gate Bridge were a great touch!)
