Phew, you don’t need to be a talented artist to enjoy this. You don’t even have to be an artist. Myself and my 7 year old daughter (the artist in the family) had a great experience with Javier. It was informative and great fun. Class was very relaxed and it was great to share it with people from Czech Republic, Canada & the US. Definitely worth doing.

You learn about his life an his history. Then you learn how to paint in his style. My experience was very good! Thomas was a very nice guy with humor.

It was a beautiful experience. The artist really walked us through the process in a way that at the end I felt like a real painter and I ended up with a nice self portrait Picasso Style, obviously not a painter lol but it's really cute. My daughter also enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend this. The teacher speaks Spanish, English and a little bit of French, in case it's helpful.

It was a workshop in a few steps, learning about Picasso and his kind of painting. Then trying different things and at the end you made your own picture and it was a surprise how it was created. The teacher was nice and helpful.

As a retired Scot with no experience of art whatsoever I was captivated by the experience of learning more about Picasso and actually creating my own Picasso style painting. Thoroughly recommended for everyone!!

Had a great time learning a bit of history related to Picasso! Our instructor/host Silvia was amazing and the workshop was appropriate for everyone - will definitely recommend in the future.

What a wonderful way to learn about Picasso’s work, see where he was born and paint your own cubism inspired art. Silvia was lovely and made it so much fun. Plan ahead for parking or plug in directions for a garage because street parking near the studio was hard to find. It’s also a short walk to the port where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. We highly recommend a workshop with Silvia.

Fantastic Picasso class and workshop by a wonderful artist (and art teacher!) in her well-equipped and light-filled studio. My teen, tween and I all loved learning about the principles + philosophy of Picasso and putting them into action creating our own self-portraits. We explored a variety of activities during our few weeks in Spain and this was one of our favorites by far!

We enjoyed the instructor and how she introduced Picasso and his life beforehand. This was interesting and helpful for the class to have a better understanding of the art we were creating. We would definitely recommend this if you’re in Málaga!!

I took my mother and teenage niece, and we all had a fantastic time! Silvia is a fantastic teacher: none of us are remotely artistic, but she guided us through step by step, and we ended up making something we actually wanted to keep - which is rare for us! We learned a lot, but the atmosphere is super fun and relaxed, so it wasn't like being at school or a lecture or anything. Highly, highly recommend!

It made the learning process enjoyable and accessible to students of all skill levels especially us beginners and of mature years. I loved watching the video of Picasso’s life because I didn’t get a chance to go to the museum. The instructor was so gracious and a great art teacher. Her studio is super cute and quaint. This is an experience I won’t forget and a great way to remember my time in Malaga. Thank you!!

Arrived via cruise ship, and we headed here after visiting the Picasso Museum. The brief presentation really gave a strong understanding, and the multi-step art project was fantastic—learned art techniques and more about Picasso’s art. Traveled with a 7 and 11 year old (one loves art, the other not so much) and they both loved the activity, and Malaga in general.

We attended the studio. Silvia was an excellent host. Really enjoyable experience and should really be done before you visit Picasso museum as you will learn so much from Silvia. My husband had not painted before and he really enjoyed it. Its great to have your own Picasso to take home.
