We had an amazing time! Each group had an assigned dish so we ended up tasting 4 different paellas. It was a fun experience with music and lots of cava and meeting new people. The chefs roamed around the room and gave us directions throughout. What we loved is that we weren’t spending time chopping and cutting to prepare all the ingredients. They had everything prepared so we were just focused on the actual cooking and the technique. After cooking, we all gathered at a communal table in a beautiful room and had appetizers with wine, then shared all of the paellas cooked, topped off with a delicious dessert. It was a fantastic experience and one we highly recommend when visiting Madrid!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly host who welcomed each of the guests. The whole experience was amazing, enjoyable cooking class that focused on the social aspects of cooking and the host got everyone talking and laughing. The dining room was beautiful, the appetisers and desserts provided were lovely and of course, our amazing paellas! :-) Would highly recommend to anyone of any age in Madrid.

My friends and I had a marvelous time. It was a fairly small group (<16people) and was cool meeting and cooking with new people. The various paella dishes we all shared were delicious and will be easy to replicate!! And the experience gets better and better as the wine gets flowing!! Thanks for a great time!

What a fun event! We’ve taken cooking classes in several countries and this is by far the best! I loved that all the prep work was done ahead and the focus was on technique. The unlimited wine was awesome, we enjoyed interacting with other participants and at the end we had a superb feast of all the paellas we had made, so much food we couldn’t eat it all. Kudos to the chefs!

This Paella cooking class was everything you imagined and hoped for even down to the playlist while we cooked Paella. Everyone in the family had a great time- even our 17 year old son. We highly recommend the Paella cooking class on your next trip to Madrid.

Amazing experience, not a typical cooking class full of focus on your pan or chopping, instead ingredients prepared for you, easy steps to combine and make a amazing tasting paella (multiple kinds we all got to try). So easy to follow along we all enjoyed our wine and making new friends while cooking and eating! We all had to get a boot, could have stayed for hours eating, drinking, laughing and chatting.

Our experience exceeded our expectations! Eric and his staff did an amazing job teaching us cooking techniques in a fun environment! Our meal in his cellar was delicious and we had a great time getting to know the other students while enjoying great food and wine! Highly recommend’

Lots of fun and bottomless alcohol. Learned tips and tricks of making paella, great guidance throughout experience, and nice company. Afterwards we say for a paella meal sharing. They prepared appetizers for us, and dessert. A great time. Nobody wanted to.leave.

The cooking clubhouse team did an excellent job of creating a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere! They not only taught us how to make Spanish paella, but as high caliber chefs themselves, they prepared us DELICIOUS appetizers and desserts to accompany our paella. My mom and I cook regularly and we both walked away with new skills and new recipes we can’t wait to try!
