This was a very enjoyable event with Hugo the chef. The trip to the markets ,making sangria and of course, the paella. Hugo encouraged everyone to participate and enjoy and the final meal was wonderful. A great way to spend some time with friends savouring Spanish culture.

Very tasty. Well organized and fun. The seafood was so fresh. Be aware you can't do a market visit on a Sunday.Included tapas and a dessert. Great sangria too!

The paella is delicious and easy to make! I absolutely LOVE the sangria making in the beginning to start the cooking class! We came on a Sunday so the market was closed. The dessert was delicious and easy to make too! Definitely making this for my friends and family when I get home!

We loved this cooking class. I was there with my husband and my 2 boys, 18 and 12, who all had a great time. The paella turned out delicious and we loved the experience of understanding how seafood is selected at the marked and prepped along with the rest of the cooking. Hugo and Jonathan were excellent chefs.

This was an excellent experience! The chef was great, the people were great, the food we made was amazing! We had Hugo as our chef. He walked us to the market and explained how to identify fresh seafood, walked us back to the school and helped us make sangria and served us tapas. Then we washed our hands and rolled up our sleeves and started prepping the paella, which to tell you the truth was fascinating! We got to know the other people in our group and we all came together to make our paella. The food was fantastic and we all left full and very happy. This was absolutely worth the time and cost.

I cancelled 24h in advances and my funds was not returned, struggle to get in contact with somebody to assist. Seems like the cancellation policy is not true

Hugo was our instructor/chef and he is great. Our class made two different types of paellas. We also made sangria & dessert. I’ve had several paellas and I must say that the recipe we used is delicious. They also give us the recipes so we can make it at home. It really is a great time! Highly recommend!

Really worth every penny. Simon was our chef/guide and he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and talented. He breaks down every aspect of the dish; how to inspect and prepare the ingredients at the market, how to cook the dish correctly and the origins of the dish. You also learn how to make traditional Spanish sangria (which there is plenty you can drink) and an almond cake from scratch. Such a great experience would truly recommend!

The whole experience was relaxed, everyone felt included and skills were taught about cleaning fish and seafood that I'd never experience before. We toured the market shopping for the ingredients for our paella and then returned for the prep and cooking. Every step was organized to include each person ( 11 in our group) and instructions were clearly given with questions answered often. We made sangria, paella and an almond cake in 2 hours and some odd minutes. We also ate the meal. Pretty well handled to accomplish that much in a short amount of time.

Great trip to market to buy the ingredients for the paella ! Tapas and sangria to start and then all hands on deck to cook the paella itself. Had chicken instead of seafood and very accommodating. Finished by more sangria and pudding!
