Loved the trip. Beautiful sites of the shore. Learned a lot of history. Just need to do something with the people making out and living in front of the plantation house.

They offer live music and is not true !! I was expecting a live band at the boat and there was no live music at all

Overall this was a good tour, the guide Charles Chestnut, was engaging with discussion and stories throughout the trip and it was easy to hear him on the exterior decks. At the battle field, there was a ranger and an actor to give the story of the area. This part was a little hard to hear as they did not have microphones for a large group gathered under the trees. Water refill stations and restrooms are available both on the boat and at the park site.

Learned things from the battle of New Orleans and about Hurricane Katrina 🌀. Would of liked to be able to go down to the cemetery but that's fine got to see other things.

Charles the historian was an amazing narrator. His story and perspective on Hurricane Katrina was especially touching and poignant. A* The cruise was very informative and picturesque, well as much as it can when going down the Mississippi. It stopped at a battlefield. To be honest this wasn’t as interesting as we’d hoped, I would have preferred to hear more from Charles.

The boat ride was fabulous, the war memorial was very interesting. It’s worth doing this trip as it’s full of information. Unfortunately as a vegetarian the food was disappointing, would have been nice to have more options.

It was an excellent experience, we were a group of friends, the narrator was very experienced and all the staff was friendly. The food was delicious, we enjoy every moment, even the rain because unfortunately was a rainy day for us. The walk was fun and interesting.

Enjoyable trip. Narrator was fantastic, explained a lot about the area and later (with warning) gave his personal views on Katrina. Did not get off at Fort, but those that did said it was very interesting.

The battle field was the most rememberable of the cruise. I paid for the dinner/lunch but did not get to eat. Once we embarked to go see the battle field they stated serving the food which I think did not make any since. So do we eat and not go see the battle field or stay and eat and not see the battlefield. So me and my husband did not get a chance to eat, because when we returned to the ship there was no food. I did not like that. If I knew that, I would not have purchased a ticket with food. I feel cheated and should get a refund for food we did not get to eat.
