I had never been paddle boarding before, this was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Adventure lab, everyone was so wonderful and helpful. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise with coffee and fruit, and enjoyed a little swim in the comfortably warm water.

me and my group had matty vicky and david as our instructors and they were the sweetest and kindest group of people! had so much fun and felt super safe with them! AND they take pictures for you!!!

Great time out on the lake. There are plenty of instructors who take their time to really help you get better. Went to 2 locations, Cenote Negro and the pirate Cove. Highly recommended.

Went on a private pontoon boat and sunrise stand up paddle boarding with Vicky and it was amazing!! So relaxed and saw heaps of sights. Crew are fantastic, would definitely recommend both private and public adventures! Was a highlight of Bacalar

the sunset views were beautiful over the cenote negro. It was windy and hard to paddle but the 3 guides David, Daniel and Mathias were very supportive and looked after all of the group

We had a lovely time with Vicky and Ara on the paddle board! They shared some interesting knowledge about the lagoon and cenote and gave us delicious fruits. I raced against Ara but she was just too fast; I could not catch up. Really impressive!

It was really amazing! Would recommend everyone! The sunset and sunrise and cenote was very beautiful just like the pirate cove!

Amazing trip, 100% recommended if you come here. The guides are super comprehensive and with lots of patience. Just come with some dry clothes because you will be soaking
