A fantastic experience. My two teenagers and I joined Antonino and Luigi for a couple of hours paddling up the coast to Bagni Regina Giovanna and back. As relatively inexperienced paddle boarders we were shown how to stand up and paddle. I found it trickier than my children but we all had a great time. If we come back to Sorrento I would definitely come and do this again, one of the best bits of our holiday. Antonino and Luigi were great, really friendly, informative and most of all patient. They even took photos for us as part of the experience. Highly recommend if you fancy getting away from the crowds for a couple of hours :-)

Great paddle board tour today with Antonino to the amazing Bagni Regina Giovanna. Safety briefing to start and then plenty of tips to improve paddle boarding technique along the way. It's a 2 hour trip with approx 30 minutes at the Bagni which has lovely swimming and remains of a Roman villa Highly recommended, grazie mille, Antonino

We decided to do this on a whim and I’m so glad we did. My husband is athletic and I’m not athletic at all. We both loved this activity. It was so fun to see the coast, the guides were very personal and spoke good English, and it was a delightful way to see the Bagni! We had plenty of time to swim around there. The guides take photos of you and send them afterwards so you don’t have to worry about bringing your phone and keeping it dry.

The SUP experience was amazing. Antonio took his time to explain the right way to paddle and corrected the form to help me. The cove was beautiful for swimming or jumping off the little bridge or off the lower platforms. Overall was an amazing experience.

Such a great activity - a definite highlight of our Italian trip. We stumbled across a sign for paddle boarding the night before and had originally planned to see the Bagni Regina Giovanna by transport. We are SO happy we chose this option. A day we won’t forget, thank you!

A lovely way to see Sorrento from the water. Our tour guide was a kind young man who told us interesting things about the area’s history. My husband and I are in our 30s, own our own paddle boards and experienced using them in lakes and the sea. Still, the waves from the boats made it difficult to maintain balance. A lot of the others on our tour kept falling off :) but the water is refreshing so don’t let this stop you from booking. We would’ve liked more time to swim in the swimming hole though!

A wonderful two hours spent on the water. All three new to paddle boarding. Christian was very patient and great fun. Thoroughly recommend this.

Lovely tour to a cool swim spot! The instructors are lovely and accommodated to all levels while offering helpful tips. They also took photos and shared with the group at no charge :) Just don’t splash Anthony or he will splash back twice as hard.

We were delighted with Sorrento SUP. The instructors, Antonino and Chris were awesome. The tour was great for all levels of experience, the trip to the bagni and the opportunity to take time to enjoy the sunset was breath-taking . The facilities to store your property and the after-boarding showers were more than adequate considering the locarion. I couldn't recommend this experience enough.

Great fun times! I was a first time SUP-user and the instructors were fantastic. Highly recommend and will be buying SUP when I head home!

The paddle board experience was so much fun! Beautiful views, very fun and friendly instructors, and overall just a good adventure. I enjoyed challenging my somewhat limited balance skills whilst standing up on the board in the rather choppy waves! The water was so refreshing I was quite happy to fall in! I would definitely do it again if I am ever back in the area.

I had most wonderful time during the paddling tour in Sorrento. The organisation was perfect from the beginning and from the moment I have arrived there, the hosts were very kind. Besides me, there were five other people in the group, which made it possible for the guide to give his attention to each one of us. Since it was my first time paddling, I needed some extra time and the guide was very patient and kind while giving the instructions. The nature surrounding us was truly out of ordinary and the guide took time to tell us the stories behind every little station we had visited on the way to Bagni Regina Giovanna. There, we took a break and had some time to explore the area by ourselves. Of course, the most beautiful part happened on the way back, as we got the chance to see the sunset. If visiting Sorrento, I would definitely suggest making this little tour. It really pays off!

Had such a fun time on the SUP with the guides. It was a good size group, not too many of us. We felt safe and had a laugh the whole way. Highly recommend for a nice couple of hours of fun on the water plus you work up.an appetite for pizza 😋 Thanks for a fun time!

this tour was amazing! the tour guides were really fun and made the experience so much better than expected. i chose the perfect time at 6pm so we could watch the sunset and it was very beautiful :)) the paddle boarding was amazing and i would do it again 💗
