He told me refund 100 € next day in Fes and he didn’t answer my call phone or WhatsApp. Ghosting. Please, you don’t book any Trip or activitie with this company.

Horrible desert Trip, this company is a disaster. We booked a luxury desert Trip from fez to the desert. On the way , Mohammed told me that my camp desert is full , was a lie, in Booking was available for that night. The camp room without towels, without hot water , bathroom was broken. Mohammed is a thief, he told me refund 100€ next day in Fes. Next day , he didn’t answer the phone. Ghosting, he didn’t answer movil phone or WhatsApp. Please , don’t lar him deceive you. We had a wonderful time on this trip. We had a limited amount of time in Morocco and chose this tour. It was a little disorganized with transfers from the bus to the cars and the bus ride was very long so be prepared. The camel ride and the stay in the camp made the trip as well as the guides in the camp.

We made last minute plans to take the overnight trip, Fes to the desert. HM owner Mohammed promptly organised everything for our private tour. Our driver (also Mohammed) was thoughtful, kind, keen to share knowledge of his country and to ensure a safe, relaxed and comfortable trip. In addition to the itinerary, we visited so many other fascinating sites, including a half day at Rissani on our return day: the markets, mosque, ancient Ksar, and Berber pizza at a Tuoreg home, were unforgettable! Further when we realised the Monastery de Notre Dame d’Atlas at Midlet was a short deviation from the route back to Fes, Mohammed happily took us. Sadly advance notice was needed to meet Pere Jean Pierre, survivor of the 1996 massacre at his Algerian monastery. Next we tasted local Berber lamb at the little village of Zaida before the last leg into Fes. Mohammed must have been exhausted! We were sad to say farewell to our wonderful companion but hope to meet again! The journey is as amazing as the Sahara destination. Don’t be deterred by the distance! Just go for the memories of a lifetime.

Camel ride to the camp was awesome. Staff was very helpful and entire experience was fantastic. Great tour.

A great moment with beautiful dunes and a very well place to dîner and sleep. A quick and sympathic road to desert with Abdhul, Hope the mom and your son are well :-), and a peacefull road with camels to the camp.

This experience was a lot better than what we were expecting. We were reading reviews for awhile debating if it was worth it or not and got very mixed reviews from people. It was a 7-8 hour drive down from Fez to Merzouga , but it was very worth it. You made plenty of stops in the van for bathroom and food and sometimes views(just keep in mind some of the bathrooms are squatty potties with minimal toilet paper or just buckets of water). The camel experience was great, tour guide was nice and took pictures for us. I recommend going in the off season (It was warm, and two other groups there the whole time!). The tent in the desert has a regular toilet, great shower, and comfortable bed. The food was amazing. Make sure to take out Dirhams (Moroccan cash) for food, souvenirs, if you want to ATV/buggy in the desert, and tips ! The only downside I had was the van for transport would pick up random other people so you could end up in a packed van with others. I think overall it was a great price for the experience. I think from reading other reviews , new years is not an ideal time to do this excursion.

Great experience! Tents with own bathrooms were amazing - definitely bring layers if you go in the winter. Both dinner and breakfast were good. Drive can be either very scary or very beautiful depending on the driver! Not for everyone but would recommend!

We booked a private tour for three people from Fez to the Sahara Desert & Merzouga and back to Marrakech next day. We have a flight on the next day in Marrakech at 8:30 pm so normal tours to the desert is not suitable for us. But we really wanted to visit the desert. Luckily, we found the Happy Moroccan Tour. They arranged a private tour for us quickly and perfectly and let us come back to Marrakech in the time we want. The price is nice. And we had a really enjoyable experience. Although the tour had a long drive, the view was really beautiful, so it was not so tired throughout the tour. We saw snow mountains, forest and monkeys, valleys, oasis, desert and so on. After arrived at Sahara, we rode on camels, saw the sunset, and stayed in a luxury camp. The camel ride was a unforgettable experience. At night, the starry night in the desert was amazing, and it was definitely life-worthy to see it. The food at the camp was also nice. On the next day, we set off early towards Marrakech for the flight, and we arrived on time successfully. I’m here also to specifically give a great thank to our driver and guide, Ali. He is a really nice, kind and hard-working person. On the first day, he got up early to pick us from the hotel in Fez and then drove us to the Sahara Desert. This was definitely not a easy task. The whole drive was about 7 hours. Ali finished the drive perfectly and did not show any tiredness during the drive. He also showed professionality as a guide. He can speak some English. He introduced the places, buildings, and the views to us from time to time and answered our questions. He knew the tour well and he always told us the next stop clearly after we finished the previous one. He also responded to our requests (ie. go to toilet, have a cup of tea, buy some sovereigns and so on) quickly and can find the right places. The drive was long, but the arrangement for getting off the car to see the view or relax was nice, so we did not feel so tried throughout the tour. We have a really happy and enjoyable time with Ali. It is nice to have a person like him in the tour. In all, we really like and recommend the Happy Moroccan Tour and our driver and guide o Ali.

The experience was great. We started from fez and back to fez. Its a long way but its worth. The sunshine and the colors are beautiful.

Great experience. The way over was nice and comfortable. Once arrived at our camp we had dinner with the other participants. After dinner we listened to barber music and danced together.

This was our favorite tour in Morocco! The drive is long but well worth the wait! Our driver was very friendly and made appropriate amounts of stops for us to site see, take photos, use the bathroom and even ride a horse and feed monkeys! The desert camp is wonderful and the food was some of the most delicious we’ve had here in Morocco. The tents are very spacious and safe! 10/10 would do again!

We had a magical night in the desert. Our driver Ali was very nice, stopped at beautiful places. And gave us time to take pictures. We could ask anything.The camel ride (with driver Lerson?, a funny guy) was brilliant with the sunset in the desert. Omar of the camp was a great host. Friendly and helpful. It was a once in a lifetime experience Also thanks to the group, these people were great!

We were traveling with ali and it was a really good experience. Its quite a long ride but he made sure we got there in the fastest way. On the way he also showed us all kind of things along the way and he knew a lot about the environment. The journey trough the desert is really a great experience and something to never forget. Omar and his family gave us the most warm and friendly welcome you could imagine. Omar also showed us how he made some pictures of the stars and how we could make them ourselfs. I will never forget it!

I did not do the Fez to Fez tour with this company. However, I did a tour from Marakech to Fez in which I rode with driver Abdul. He was absolutely fabulous. Not only was he our driver but served as our guide, really speaking to some of the locations we stopped at. It was beyond accommodating to myself and everyone in the shared car with us. Many of us appeared with preconceived notions on Fez, but he eased our minds completely. He gave us great tips on where to go, and not go. He was so patient with us throughout the entire trip. He even provided me with the contact of this company to go on my day trip to the Blue City. I highly recommend him as a driver on your rout to Fez from the desert.

Sahara is beautiful! Unfortunately my trip from Fez was delayed due to poor time management from our driver, too long rest stops and flat tire. We arrived late and the most of the camel ride was in the dark, kind of cool. Tent was beautiful, but we did not have the camp fire as advertises despite our requests for it. Trip to Marrakech was long and driver refused to take me to my hotel as advertised. Excuses were: everyone goes to central location, your hotel is located in the Medina and does not allowed his type of car. My hotel was in Gueliz not in the Medina. Reported to the operator who called me and offer to pay me back for the taxi.

Really great experience, Ali the driver was really great and he helped us a lot! The experience is really worthy and really happy we had the best driver ever!!

This was a very nice tour. It’s a long drive to and from the desert, but the driver made it pleasant. Ali was flexible and stopped whenever we asked. He gave us some background information about the sights we were seeing. He is a very good driver. Very patient. The camp was well-equipped. It had Wi-Fi, AC, plenty of food, and comfortable beds. The tent had an indoor toilet. The camel ride was about 30 minutes long and we got to see the sunset and go sand boarding.

The driver was superfriendly and tried to accommodate our requests and needs throughout the trip. The car is comfortable and the price is very good. We had the best experience and we are gonna keep the people and the places in our memory and hearts! Highly recommanded
