I am deeply disappointed and frankly appalled by the treatment we received at the front desk of this establishment. We had eagerly anticipated this tour and even called ahead to inform them of our delay due to traffic. They assured us that arriving by 8:30 would be sufficient. However, upon our arrival, not only did they fail to check in with us, but they also neglected to help us find a solution. When we requested a refund, they callously refused to accommodate us. This level of disrespect and disregard for their customers is utterly unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Lora and Borrega were great! Tons of fun and excitement along the way! We felt very safe. It was definitely 6+ hours. Bring a change of clothes. Please take care of the new colt with bad legs.

This was an extreme adventure! We had a blast and loved every slide, zip line and surprises. Definitely would book again felt very safe, staff and guides were amazing. Bbq lunch after was very tasty. I’m an old lady and was sore for a few days😎

Worth the money! The guides are awesome and helpful. My boyfriend and I had so much fun repelling down the water fall and the roller coaster was my favorite part. I was screaming and laughing so hard the entire ride from start to finish! I will say there are A LOT of steps. You should be in decent shape for this. There is a lot of stairs. I don’t know how these guides do that every day. Bless them. Thank you Rick, Charley, Luis, and Itza Ps- wear water shoes!

We loved the whole experience of this adventure! Our tour guides were hilarious and added so much to the fun we had! We LOVED the rollercoaster zipline and the rapel. It was definitely a highlight on our trip!

Wow this was so much fun!!! Not your basic zip line your this is an epic adventure! expect bruises and to be wet and sweaty but so worth that cold beer at the end!

We had some idea of what to expect but got way more than we anticipated! The staff - David, Leo, Jona, Charly, Chino, and Jane -are friendly and professional, and we always felt like safety was put first (and of course, having a great time). I’d recommend this to anyone who has a day in PV! Just make sure you have quick dry clothes for the “refreshing” parts!

I went on this with my husband and teenager. We enjoyed the whole experience, including the different modes of transport to reach the zip lines. The team (Lancer, Chuy, Josh, Rick, Sol and Yiyo) were really great, good communication, friendly, safe and well organised. Definitely for those who like a bit of speed, height and water :) Facilities are good and lunch available to purchase afterwards was good too. As other reviews have noted, the price for the photos feels very excessive relative to the cost of the day, which comes with quite a hard sell at the end, which we declined.

I took my ten year old on the Outdoor adventure tour to celebrate my birthday. Vallarta Adventures' attentiveness to detail from the person greeting us when our taxi arrived to hand off to the check in staff, to the boat across the bay (which was an amazing way to see PV from the water), to disembarking in the small town to transfer to the open air vehicle was top notch customer service. As a former ropes course director, I was watching safety protocols closely once we arrived at base camp. The team was amazing. They asked about health concerns and after disclosing my asthma, they went through protocol and promised to have my albuterol close at all times. They maintain their equipment with great care and keep your personal items secure. We were so glad we got the photo package and Ronald captured amazing moments throughout (given dad was poolside reading his book instead, it was fun to show the videos and photos post). As an aside, special recognition to Nayeli López in photo customer service who saved the day when our USB broke off on our laptop (our error) once we’d returned home and had the files transferred to us within 15 minutes (SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!). Her customer service was phenomenal and turned tears into joy when we had the videos and photos back. The entire tour was well guided and the team was clearly there not only for safety but to make sure everyone walked away having fun and having made memories. Special recognition to Poncho who kept the 10 year old giggling all day, Kut for serenading with Beatles songs, and Leo for having the albuterol ready when I needed it. Chuy's safety briefing at the beginning was top notch, and Borrego's belay gave me confidence at the end of the waterfall to just let go and let him finish those last five feet as I knew he had me. We will return for any and all tours Vallarta Adventures offers. As we took the boat back across the bay at the end of the afternoon, the 10 year old and I both agreed it was a core memory day. 100% we would do it again.

If you like thrill and adventure, this is just the thing for you to do. They took us to the forests on a 4x4 and then a horse ride up where they had setup different kinds of zip lines and rappling activities. We were soaking wet at the end. The tour guides were experts at the different activities and very had a great sense of humor as they guided us all (a group of about 15) through the different activities. Would highly recommend this.

My girlfriend and I loved the overall experience. Riding the mules was awesome a well as zip lining through the jungle.

It was definitely the most fun I’ve had since I arrived in PV. The rollercoaster zipline wss my favourite!

Was a great experience! Wesley, Juan, Alexis and the others provided amazing service. We didn’t realize how much we’d get wet so we didn’t bring a change of clothes. The zip lines, mule ride, 4 wheel drive trip all were so much fun. It was fantastic and we’d do it again.

This was an awesome experience!:)) Me and my dad loved the zip lining and it was a fun, adrenaline trip. Definitely worth a try with family, friends, or just by yourself. You’ll definitely have a blast! And huge shout out to Ivan, Itza, Wes, Laura, Jona, and David:)))

You have no idea what you’re up to! Far exceeded our expectations! Just get dry clothes with you as there will not be any dry spot on you at the end of adventure.

I came with my parents and two of my friends to the outdoor adventure through Vallarta Adventures. We had an absolute blast! Our crew, Chato, Chino, Loza, Fito and Lee were very knowledgeable about their job and safety. They were so funny and all around a great time!! For sure the best excursion we’ve been on thus far, and I’m sure we will be back! Highly recommend if you love adventure and nature

This tour was amazing- completely worth the cost! The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly. They ensure you feel safe while having the BEST time! There was a bit of a wait time between when you are finished the zipline tour and when the bus comes to start your return. There are activities and snacks while you wait so it wasn't a huge deal to wait for a bit.

Ok. Communication prior to the excursion was not great. We wanted clarity on what to bring as the description wasn’t clear. That was the only negative. Giro, Lazp, chato, the whole team was AMAZING, the description does not do this experience justice! It was thrill after thrill.. you will get soaked from head to toe. We had an absolute blast!! Would recommend and do it again!!

From beginning to end GREAT! Most of it was an unexpected surprise because the website does not even come close to describing what you're in store for. Was more physically rigorous than expected (not in a bad way). Also had no idea the extent to which water is involved (again, not a bad thing) so was not dressed correctly nor had dry clothes to change into. Minor issues compared to the experience. The staff was a very special group of real athletes - wonderful people. They have an amazing variety of activities combined into one big joy ride but that also needs a proper, more complete explanation to both entice and educate/safeguard potential clients. For what I got to do and the price - WOW!!
