Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the guide, such a friendly atmosphere, nice facts/knowledge about Albania! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and deserves a special thanks. Our son was carsick but they helped us and they were very understanding. Thank you.

It was a fantastic day visiting the canyon and the waterfall!! Our guide Soni was super nice and knowledgeable of Albania culture and history and gave us a super interesting lesson!! And both guides were super nice to our family (and the others as well). The waterfall is super beautiful and most people were bathing in spite of the ice cold water (4-7oC!!) We made several stops that were quite interesting through the way and we finally arrived at the canyon which was not only beautiful but super fun to play. We didn’t swim till the end since we visited with our 6 months old son and 5 year old daughter, but we enjoyed swimming at the river a lot! Super recommend, fun with kids! And adults as well!!

Our tour of Osum Canyon and Boogie Waterfall was perfect. We got a good feel of some of the nature in the region, and our tour guide did an exceptional job bringing an understanding of Albanian culture and society to the tour. I couldn't recommend this trip more to people who are looking for an accessible way to learn and experience a lot in a day.

This was a fantastic day of activity and learning about Albanian history. Our guides, Soni and Daniel, were great at looking after us and making the day fun. The scenery was beautiful and the lunch which was included was absolutely delicious.

We really enjoyed the tour, specially because of the extremely hot weather this days. Bogove Waterfall has really cold water but it worth to jump and enjoy the place. Then we visited a couple of nice viewpoints and had lunch in one of them. Osum canyon exploration was a blast, you could have a swim, enjoy the canyon from the inside and jump to the water from some spots. I would recommend this activity for anybody who likes to learn about culture and enjoy water places. The tour wouldn't be so great without Soni, our guide, we learned lots of things from albanian culture with him and you could feel he really enjoy what he do. Thanks Soni! And thanks our driver Arti too!

Amazing tour, definitely a must for visiting Berat stunning scenery. Waterfall was great but the canyoning was awesome everyone had a great time. Lunch was really great on this tour all local freshly produced salads with kebab meatballs and lots of vegetables quality was excellent and more than enough. Tour guides really put in the effort to making it a great tour. They didn’t rush you took lots of photo’s for everyone which you don’t always get on tours and was a really full day. One of the best tours we have been on in a long time. Thanks to Demijon for being a great guide too 😆

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! They were professional, responsive, safe, clean, and fun!! They were super flexible with the tours we wanted to do - down to the music that we wanted to play in the car (apologies again to the driver for the amount of Abba and Taylor Swift). Both drivers we had were super kind and respectful and tons of fun. In addition to the tour we tagged above, the company also offered us a car and driver for a vineyard tour and he was super helpful and took us to all the different vineyards we wanted to visit and got us home safe!

Really informative and friendly guide - saw some amazing natural sights and cultural landmarks. The driver knew the roads really well and we felt very safe. Highly recommended!

I did a private tour with Ervis who took me to the most beautiful spots and taught me a bunch about Albania along the way. The tour included a delicious lunch at a local spot. Ervis and everyone at VATO are incredibly nice and left me with recommendations for how to spend the rest of my day at the end of the tour. Whether you take a private tour or with a group, you will not regret it.

A fun day out: frequent interesting stops at historical spots, a tasty lunch, a visit to the waterfall (with optional swim), and a hike up the canyon (with another optional swim). Our guide Soni was great and told us a lot about Albanian history and culture. Recommend!

We were group of 3 friends, we had a Tour to Osum Canyon and Bogove fall with our guide Soni. We had a wonderful day appreciating and enjoying the nature, the beautiful landscapes . Honestly one of the best tours we have done. Ervis and his friend (unfortunately I've forgotten his name!) were amazing guides. They shared lots of really interesting information about Albania, the areas we visited, and answered all our questions. They were both so kind - felt like hanging out with a friend. The stops were INCREDIBLE! We loved swimming in the waterfall and the canyon. And the lookout points had some beautiful views. I'm really glad we didn't drive to these locations ourselves in our rental car and let the pros do the driving. They knew the roads and how far to go on the gravely parts of the path. Highly highly recommend.

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Albania! Definitely recommend it if you visit Berat. Our tour guide Ervis picked us up at the hotel and drove us around the main spots while explaining interesting details about the sites and albanian culture. During the hikes we also had time to explore on our own pace, swim in the waterfall and the canyon. It wasn't an intense hiking experience, which we were happy about, as we still drove south to Sarande after the tour. Thank you for the tour!

I visited Berat with my girlfriend andd decided to go in the canyon. We had a nice time in the Canyon and waterfall. Our driver and guide where easy going and made our day nice

Today we had a fantastic day with our guides Ervis and Torez. We wanted to see more of the beautiful nature and experience a little advanture of Albania, but the day has brought so much more. Amazing tour if you like swimming! The cascade is cold and so beautiful. And it is wonderful to swim in the canyon. Our guide was very professionnal and fun. Beware: if you are afraid on the road or have a tendancy to feel carsickness, this tour is not for you….
