Picked us up at MCO - driver was great. Very convenient way to travel from airport to destination. Van was very comfortable.

5 star review. A good service provided throughout. I was first messaged to check on my progress while passing immigrations and then given an ETA on my pickup. Shuttle arrived at the pre-arranged designated pickup point. Shuttle was clean & tidy. Driver (Jose) was very helpful with onboarding & offloading. This was a more cost effective way to transfer 6 people with big luggage from the airport to the hotel oppose to booking 2 taxis.

So reliable and courteous. Went above and beyond to fulfill our booking even though we were very delayed meeting our driver Luis. He was so helpful and friendly and seeing a happy, welcoming face at the end of our long travel was such a relief to be safely delivered to our hotel. Thank you so much. I will recommend.

We used Galaxy shuttle RT (for 6 adults and 2 children) from MCO to the All Star Music resort early Oct 2023. I was a little nervous that the shuttle would not be on time especially leaving the Disney property at 4:00 am. However, the shuttle was exactly on time and the driver Luiz was extremely friendly. The entire process of booking the shuttle from the information emails with Florencia to the online reservation process was simple and exactly what was advertised. Driver texted after we landed. We were late getting in. Texted driver when we were at designated pick up area. Very friendly and courteous. Dropped us off at our destination. Good experience.

Since Disney's Magical Express is no longer available, we looked at numerous options for round-trip MCO-WDW transportation. When we saw Galaxy Vacations listed on TripAdvisor and Viator (our favorite go-to sources for excursions throughout the world), we knew we could trust the excellent reviews. When I had questions, Florencia was so prompt in getting back with me and very helpful. She represented Galaxy in a very positive way and is an asset to Galaxy. We opted for the private shuttle for our family of five so that we could be taken directly to our Disney resort as well as the return to the airport at the end of our vacation. We were picked up promptly at our chosen time. Harold, our driver, was polite and greeted us with his smiling face. He's a safe driver as well. We will definitely choose Galaxy Vacation shuttle again.

Our driver Harold was the best. We took longer than expected to get to the gate after landing and to get our baggage. He called us to make sure everything was ok. Very satisfied with him. I called Galaxy to compliment him.

Our flight was very early, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our driver. 8 adults and on toddler in our group, so it was nice to have private transport to limit exposure to covid, flu, etc. Driver was kind, polite, and professional.

Alfredo was always at our side to help with transfers from Orlando Melbourne airport to international drive in the most luxurious,and at hand for any shorter journeys to and from Disney,although he is quite busy most of the time,so it’s sensible to book him in advance,and continue to talk to him as your holiday moves on.He was also available to take us to Port canaveral for a cruise,and to collect us from the cruise back to Orlando and the airport.Prices were very competitive and service was as good as we have ever had.Thank you Alfredo for helping our vacation so enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic service highly recommend. We were a party of 13 including infants our driver was fantastic. Communication and patience were beyond impeccable. On time for pick up even with our flight delay and 5 minutes early for departure.

Our flight was delayed which made our pick up time unavailable for other clients also had pick up times but our driver was very helpful and came to get us later. Because there was an infant involved the other passengers had to take an Uber to their hotel.

Preordered and prepaid píck up did not work. We had to take taxi instead. No communication worked with Galaxy and Viator. We request refund of paid fare. We have also cancelled the other order .
