The City Brew tour was lots of fun! Vinnie was very knowledgeable about different beers and processes. He was friendly and very accommodating. The breweries we visited were all different and interesting! The food was delicious! A really fun night out!!

Vinny was awesome. Will definitely book with him again! He explained the different beers and tried to make sure we all had something we liked!

Vincent was an engaging tour guide, knowledgeable about so much to do with beer making and tasting. The tour overall was enjoyable to visit many Charlotte locations and get some great food! All around a good evening!

Lot of fun. Had friends in town for the weekend so we went on the Tour. We went to four locations. Each had a different vibe and different beers. Vinnie the Tour Guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained the tasting, brewing process but left plenty of time for everyone to catch up and talk among ourselves as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great group on our tour. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour was as great way to sample multiple breweries and different beers. It was a fun experience.

Being with my daughters. We felt mislead by the advertising. Where were the actual beer flights. The only place we got a flight was at the restaurant. Otherwise the tour guide gave us a small glass and poured a wee bit at each stop.

The information on this tour on TripAdvisor was very misleading. It said you received four beer flights and a multi course BBQ platter, tour and learn about the brewing process. It also should say you have no choice in what you want to drink in beer. He asked what kind of beers we like, I said I only like light beers, I do not like IPA's and I said that at the beginning of the tour. You should be able to pick out your own flights per your taste. That was not the case. If I wanted to taste the beer, I had to drink that was put in front of me. Needless to say, I drank water most of the night. Our, if you will, "beer expert" brought us out splashes of beer, not even flights. He went up one at time to get them. At two of the places we only received three samples and I say samples because these were no where near flights. We spent way too much time at the first place then rushed through the second. The only reason we got to go into the brewing room is because someone else in our group asked about the tour. The tour was done by the driver, not even the brew master. Our driver admitted before the tour he wasn't a beer expert!!!! Should have known then we were in for a very long night. He then called in the food order, which at a BBQ place you would think you could get BBQ, was only offered chicken or a salad with chicken. The food was so cold when we were served. An actual flight was given to us at the BBQ place, which was probably the most full of flights of the night, but still wasn't full. The waitress came back to our area and said since we were there to learn, she told us that the pumpkin beer we were drinking and how it was made with real pumpkin mash. At least we learned something that night. By the time we got to the last brewery, they closed at 10pm. We got there a little before 10pm. They were still open because they had an event that day, but they were putting chairs up. This was probably the most beer we had to drink the entire night, five and a half hours later. We should have bailed an hour into it. I feel so ripped off and want my money back!!!! I don't believe any of the reviews on this site. There is no way this was fluke on the trip I took. People need to be honest in reviews. Needless to say, I will never do another tour again. I wish I would have snapped some pictures. Don't believe the pictures on the brewery tour ad, it is false advertising.

Had so much fun! Vinny was great and tried a bunch of different beers at 3 different places. All were great!

Our guide, Jan, was incredibly knowledgeable and the people we met were lots of fun. In the future, guests should be advised that you won't be eating until 2.5 hours (and several beers) into the tour!

My friends and I just finished the brewery tour. Our tour guide Vincent was very knowledgeable about the brewing process and tastes of the different ingredients. We had a great time and shared a ton of laughs. The reason for the four stars is because I believed we stayed too long at some of the breweries. We did not finish until 10:20 and still had to drive home. Other than that, we had a fabulous time.

Vinnie was awesome your was great and make sure you say hi to Iggy at Lower Left brewery. Excellent driving and knowledge of the area

Our guide Vincent was great. He's a knowledgeable guide who wants to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. We tasted a wide variety of beers and some ciders. I learned a lot about different types of beers and enjoyed it very much.
