We used Ephesus Port Tours several years ago on a trip to Kusadasi, Turkey. They were very impressive and took us to the points of interest we wanted to visit at our own place. We decided to utilize their services again for an upcoming cruise. However, due to a change in plans, we had to cancel this outing. The were prompt in acknowledging our cancellation with no issues at all. I feel the value and personal service that Ephesus Port Tours provides will only offer visitors a more enhanced experience that a group tour can provide. If your group is more than 2 people, it becomes an excepational value. Much less than doing a group shore excursion from the ship.

So - we didn't actually get to go on this tour - the war in Israel resulted in our cruise being cancelled as it was to traverse the Suez canal and stop in Ephesus. But if the communication I have had in planning this excursion is any indication of the tour experience, it would have been great! Wehope to travel to Ephesus soon, and I'll contact this provider again!

Firstly I would like to thank the company for being so quick to reply to emails. Knowing you can get a return response to any request I feel is very important and they have been extremely helpful. My sister and her husband used the Ephesus Tour Port Tours when they last visited Ephesus and had a wonderful tour! Unfortunately due to the conflict in the region, we were unable to travel in November, but we have had great interactions with Ephesus Port Tours and we will have them escort us when we are able to re-book. Please consider using this excellent company!

This was one of the best experiences of our entire trip. The staff was so great. It was like traveling with our best friends. Not only was the customer service great but they actually were greatfull for the business. Very exceptional.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent private tour with a nice van transportation directly from the cruise port. We were able to customize the tour with a stop at the Turkish rug factory, visit to a family ceramics business and a lunch on a lawn with traditional Turkish dishes. On the way back we made a stop at a market where we had an opportunity to taste and purchase various olives, Turkish delights and olive oils.

We unfortunately had to cancel our tour due to some of our group not feeling well, but our communications with this company were all quick and responsive. Much kindness and understanding from them that sometimes things do not go as planned. Highly recommend booking a tour with them. Next time we are in Turkey we will.

Had an excellent tour of Ephesus with our knowledgeable guide Isik. She was punctual and waiting for us at the agreed upon spot outside the cruise ship terminal. Hit all the highlights and gained a lot of insight into the area. Great vehicle and driver as well. Our tour was capped off with a great authentic outdoor lunch. Highly recommend Isik and Ephesus Port Tours. PS. The same company offers tours in Istanbul as well if you're hitting both ports of call.

Excellent service, my sister recommended this company to me and the Ephesus tour we took with them a few years ago was faultless a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable guide. We had booked the same tour this year but had to cancel as my husband fell and broke his shoulder so we could not continue our cruise. There was no problem cancelling the tour they were so accommodating. We hope to be able to rebook the tour in 2024. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

This was a terrific tour. Gokhan (this may be spelled wrong) was extremely knowledgeable. We learned more than we could ever expect from him. He took us to Ephesus and Mary’s House and explained everything we saw. We also enjoyed the sit down, unlimited buffet lunch for $10 euros a person. Our driver was terrific and drove up and down mountains with ease. I would recommend this tour to everyone, and especially with Gokhan.

I had booked a private tour for Ephesus for my family of 4 after reading great reviews on TripAdvisor. The booking experience was very good with prompt communication and detailed responses to my many questions. Unfortunately we could not make the trip and had to cancel the night before due to COVID exposure, but the owner was most understanding and we even offered to check on my family. I Understand the business has suffered greatly during pandemic and am very sorry for canceling my trip which I was really looking forward to. But overall fantastic experience with the booking and hopefully someday soon we can do this tour with them.

I used this company to book a private tour for our cruise stopover in Ephesus, rather than take one of the cruise excursions. It was very easy to book. They promptly exchanged emails with me and organised for a pick up from the port, private driver and guide. I recommend this company and you will find it less expensive than the official cruise excursions offered.

I wasn’t actually able to make the trip, but I had an excellent time communicating with Elif up until I had to cancel. He was able to customize my trip for picking up and dropping off in different locations and responded quickly to any questions I had.
