From the booking prior to travel, Aloha Jamaica Tours communicated with me, via email & WhatsApp. I was pleased that the booking also generated a professional invoice. Our driver was at the airport at the agreed time and the same on the return. Both drivers were pleasant and polite and talked to us on the journeys. Both vehicles were spotless and comfortable seats. We also used Aloha Jamaica Tours for 2 day trips. They were competitive in the cost and again the driver was pleasant and vehicle was spotless

Our driver Gordon did a fantastic job. Was waiting for us at airport and offered us every possible place to get a decent meal as well as all the history of every area we passed on our way to Negril. Would highly recommend the airport transfer.

Our entry into Jamaica was smooth and as soon as we walked out, we see Gordon holding a sign with our name. Bless him, he had been waiting a while on us due to customs and immigration delays, but his welcoming vibe and kindness far exceeded our expectation. He was quick to throw in tidbits about the towns we passed through and offered great restaurant recommendations. Our departure driver was just as amazing and very professional. He provided us with such insightful conversation and just had a wealth of knowledge to share about Jamaica with us. I HIGHLY recommend Aloha Jamaican Tours!

Travelled with the owner Rayon from MBJ airport to our resort in Negril. He was waiting for us at the designated pick time and spot holding a LARGE sign with our names on it. Rayon helped us with our luggage and we were on the road in no time. Cooler with ice-cold refreshments was provided!!! Rayon was very friendly and gave us lots of excursion advice during our drive. He told us of Jamaican culture and pointed out a few historic landmarks on the way. The return trip from Negril back to the airport will of course be bitter sweet but with Rayon at the wheel we will get a few last laughs in on our 2024 Jamaican Experience!

Experience was great! On time, and professional. I would use again next year! Private van was clean with air conditioning and was comfortable and safe. There was 6 in my group.

We had a nice, chill ride to our resort with Rayon. We had never done a private, round- trip transfer before, but decided to spring for it after a long day of traveling. It was so worth it. I only wish we did a tour with Aloha during the week!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I was not happy about the idea of starting our vacation with a 2 hour shuttle ride from the airport to our 1st resort, nor waiting to partake in all Jamaica has to offer. My wife booked Rayon as our private transfer with 1 of his 420 packages. He was waiting for us upon arrival, loaded our bags, had champagne & Red Stripe on ice and the other items we requested. Even accommodated and allowed us to smoke. We were so impressed that we cancelled our luxury transfer between the resorts and booked him as our driver for the rest of our stay. He not only took us to local shops and markets, but even ran security for us when we were mobbed by the merchants and a woman begging got way too close to touching my wife. He is intelligent and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, drove safer than any other driver, always more than fair, never impatient or cross and was an absolute pleasure! He said that "Jamaica would change us", but we would not have truly experienced that if not for Rayon. We now consider him a friend and feel blessed to have met him. Book everything you can through him! If your experience is even half of what ours was, you will be blown away! Thank you, Rayon! You made our trip everything we needed it to be and didn't know it!

Best ride ever! Ryan was waiting for us before we got out of the airport with a smile on his face. He was so friendly, professional, knowledge and funny it made the ride to negril so much fun. He treated us like family and we truly enjoyed the ride. I highly recommend anyone to looking for a ride from the airport or tour.

I just want to say Rayon was the best driver I ever had. We had so much fun and he also took us everywhere we asked, and even showed us so local spots would could a chill at as well. Overall 5 star rating great guy and experience.

With a traditional Jamaican greeting he escorted us to a clean minivan playing beautiful Jamaican music that made us say “Ya Man” because everything was just fine. With the VIP package we were provided cool beverages with all the amenities that come with the package. Everything was topped off with Rayon’s vast knowledge of the Jamaican culture and history of the land as we traveled through the different townships. What a wonderful way to start a vacation more importantly the pickup and drop off was absolutely ON TIME! This is truly a 5 star review because there was No Worries️

Our flight was delayed along with our baggage but remained patient with , good communication and provided an excellent service. Super friendly and was able to accomadate any requests. Would deffo recommend and would book again!

I booked Aloha Transportation for t ransportation from Montego Bay to Negril. The company communicated all the way through. He texted me the day before ensure that we were still coming and on time. The morning of our departure, he texted again. Once we arrived,he was there, ontime and ready to go. I highly recommend this service
