I was met immediately outside baggage claim, escorted to my waiting car and avoided all of the unpleasantness of the sometimes suspect Nassau cab population. The cost of the trip was more than a bab, but after factoring in savings by being able to pick up food at a grocery store and a bottle at the liquor store, I think I saved money in the long run given the food and drink prices at Atlantis. GREAT service and highly recommended!!

1 star, we had spoken numerous times about our arrival time and needing two car seats. Once arriving in the Bahamas the company was not at the airport, another company had to call them. They arrived about 45min late, but not from Simon’s company. They called someone else to pick us up. They had 0 car seats, so we had to wait an additional 20min on a car seat. Which only one arrived not two. The new driver had no idea we were supposed to have a grocery store stop which we paid for. When contacting the company they said they tried to call us, a 3 second call but left no voicemail to let us know they messed up and a driver would not be at the airport for us. Granted we had this booked for months because of traveling with a toddler and infant. Then when contacting the company they just wanted to continue to tell us they tried to let us know they wouldn’t be at the airport. That they tried to contact us. But didn’t leave a message or contact us back on the app. I would not recommend if you have children or need car seats

Our driver was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the island. We had to change one of our flights due to a delay and they were easy to contact and get the pickup time changed.

Keith was great! He was very knowledgeable of the island and friendly. He waited patiently while we bought our groceries and gave us a history lesson along the way. My husband and I enjoy learning the history of the places we visit.

Our driver was Keith, for both airport pickup and hotel pickup. Keith was early for both of our pick ups. He was so friendly and very informative. He literally gave us a tour of where everything was and the history of the Bahamian culture within our drive from airport to the resort! I asked him to drop us off at the grocery store and he was happy to do so. I even mention how I wanted fresh coconut water and Keith parked up to a nearby coconut stand without me even asking and I was able to buy one! Then when he pick us up at our hotel to go to airport he took backroads to ditch the heavy traffic roads so we can make it on time for our airport departure. Overall Keith was amazing! My fiancé and I would definitely request for him again!

The ride was excellent, Gerald the driver was excellent. You can tell he loves what he does. He was very helpful and assisted us in anything we needed. Never rushed us and that made everyone felt relaxed. Thank you Gerald for a wonderful ride from the airport!

Best service ever! Our driver provided us with some island history along the way, stopped for groceries and was all around wonderful.

Our chauffeur was Roosevelt! The gentleman was a fountain of Bahamian knowledge and history. We had us a mini tour from the airport to our hotel in Atlantis. He was there promptly with a sign. The vehicle was quite roomy, comfy, very clean and well airconditioned. We were offered cold bottled water and cold drinks which I felt was a great touch 👍👍. I most certainly recommend their service a 1000%! And would use them again for sure
