The provider was not there. I called them and they were not scheduled to pick me up. I called the main office who hung up on me. The provider eventually called an Uber to get me 25 minutes after my scheduled time.

I made a reservation to be picked up at the Seattle airport and taken to the Marriot Hotel. The person I spoke to was very helpful and the reservation was set based on our arrival time and allowed time to get our luggage. Our plane landed at the scheduled time but my husband’s luggage didn’t. Tracing the luggage took longer and longer. I spoke to the dispatcher at Premier Airport Shuttle several times and was reassured that transport would be available whenever we were. When we finally arrived at the kiosk it was just a short wait before we were taken to our hotel. The cost was reasonable and the service excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Premier and will use the shuttle service again. I had a late-night arrival at SeaTac and needed a ride to Olympia. The booking process was simple, the directions to the shuttle were easy to follow, and the driver was waiting for me. The driver helped me with my bags, was personable, and safe.

Driver never showed, Operator didn’t answer repeatedly phones calls My family was forced to take a Uber Spend extra 15 minutes getting a refund Expend an extra 2 hours at the airport after 6 hours flight.

Driver contacted me as soon as plane landed with clear instructions on meeting point. Excellent service.

It sucked!!!!! The driver did not show up and I had to take a cab to the airport to catch my flight on time. I want a full refund!!!

We requested a car for 3 people and their luggage. We got a sedan with a trunk that was not big enough for 3 suitcases. Our driver was only expecting 1 person. He said if they knew it was 3, they would have sent a larger car. My reservation shows 3, so not sure where the mix up was. We all squished in, with a large suitcase in front seat, and made it home! Our driver was on time, met us in luggage area. Car was clean. Will book with this service again, but not through trip advisor.

Our reservation was for a 0100 pick up time. Our driver who was nice did not get there until 0210, being an 1 hour and 10 minutes late. He stated he only received the pick up notification 2 hours prior. Other than being 1 hour and 10 minutes late everything was fine. Being this late placed a large amount of unnecessary stress along with not being able to eat before having to board our flight. When your going on your first family vacation in 3 years your looking for relaxation and fun not starvation and Stress. Again we did not blame our driver nor did we take our frustrations out on him, we even tipped him for his service.

Arriving on a holiday, we felt we needed to be sure of our ride from the airport to downtown, and I'm really glad we used Seaview airport service; bang on time, super clear pickup instructions, great safe ride into town, with great conversation. Will use again next time I'm in town for sure.
