I booked and paid for the transfer to Airlie Beach 2 hours beforehand, just before my flight left Brisbane. The transfers are booked by flight number, to make the wait at the airport short. The bus was meant to leave at 2.50pm. I got to the Heart of Reef check in desk at 2.30pm and was told the 2.50pm bus had already left and that the bus driver had failed to notice that one passenger from flight Q1878 was missing. The bus had apparently only just pulled out - the person at the desk could easily have rung the driver to ask him to turn around, but did not do so. Instead I was told to wait until the next bus, which would leave whenever the next flight landed, without giving me any indication of how long that might be. This was hugely disappointing as I was in a rush to get to Airlie and could not afford this delay. They say on their website that they check booked names to make sure no one gets left behind, yet instead the bus left 20 minutes early without checking if everyone was on board.

Our driver was so nice. He lifted all our bags himself in and out of the trailer and wished us a great holiday. It was a fast easy transaction all round. Highly recommend this company. Thanks team! K-Fostin, Sunshine Coast

Driver was on time, very helpful and drive nicely. She was cheerful and arrange everything perfectly.

Got us to the airport on time and safely. Thought driver drove a bit fast likely due to the number of stops he had to make. Lots of up and down hill pickups put a lot of strain on the vehicle breaking system and transmission.

A very friendly, communicative and reliable service. Despite a two hour delay the team was there to check us in and pick us up. Our driver was very chatty and knowledgeable about the area as we drove from Proserpine to Airlie Beach, and they provided a direct drop off to our accommodation in town. Would recommend to anyone!

Woman on the phone was the most impatient person. Very short in her responses and couldn’t even spell. Clearly hasn’t had the ride since snake II came out. The van showed up late but the only saving grace was the legend driver who was very polite and good craic.

I didn’t know this was an overseas platform. I would not have used this, I would have booked direct.

The bus was right outside the airport. The driver was very friendly und helpful with the luggage. During the transfer from Witsunday Coast Airport (PPP) to Airlie Beach he gave useful information. Arrived at the Bus Stop in Airlie Beach he showed the way we had to go to our hotel! Excellent service!

Matt was my driver and was very helpful both to and from the airport. On the initial trip he pointed out some history about the area as well as recommended a couple of good restaurants. On the return trip, he assisted me with booking my reservation.
