The equipment is in an excellent state of repair. The store is in a lovely part of Mazatlan, right across from the beautiful scenic ocean! I safely walked there from the cruise port. I am 67 years old and had no trouble getting on and off the Segway and keeping my balance. My tour guide, Carlos Enrique Molina Arriaga, truly loves his home city of Mazatlan! The Old Town is rich in history and culture, and Señor Arriaga showed a great story of the history of the Old Town meeting the promise of newness, while preserving, maybe not the soul, but the style and beauty of the Old Town. Señor Arriaga is a very warm and kind person. I was so emotional when I left, I forgot to give him a tip! You know that means I have to return… The final thing I can say is that the walk back to the cruise port was amazing, because I knew the story of every building and every street and every street corner! I scheduled this tour for our first day in Mazatlan and I'm so glad I did! It was a wonderful way to get to know the beautiful El Centro part of town. Carlos was a fantastic guide, full of lots of fun stories, and we covered a lot of ground too. Don't fear the Segway -it was easy to learn and quickly became addicting. I'm totally sold on the method. I hope there is a Segway tour at every new city I visit! And by the way - I was super surprised at how clean and safe Mazatlan was. I fell in love with El Centro and I am already planning my next trip!

Carlos was an excellent tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history! And the segways are fun to ride and easy to drive! I think anyone could ride with Carlos’ help!

This is the 2nd time with Carlos and we simply enjoyed it once again. Carlos has soich knowledge of his city and truly loves his job and his city's history. A group of friends did this tour last week and we had an amazing time. Carlos was so very patient and helpful as one in our group had never been on a segway. He took extra time to help her out and make sure she was comfortable. The tour itself was awesome, he was able to take us around old town and we were able to see some wonderful old buildings and he gave us the history of them. The Church was beautiful, we didnt go inside but got several pictures in front. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to see the city and learn about it's history. We are ready to go back to spend more time there.

This is such a great way to not only see old town but see and hear the history of the area. Carlos is such a great teacher, he was patient and made sure we were comfortable with the basics and had us practice till he was satisfied we understood how to operate the Segway. The tour was so varied, visiting many areas, and it was safe the entire time. In addition Carlos took time to give so many examples and history of the area. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing Segway tour with Carlos! He knows so much about the history of this beautiful city and he is thrilled to share it with his customers! We had to bump our 12 noon tour to 5pm and I’m glad we did, because not only was the weather fantastic, we got to see the beautiful sunset on the Malacon. You can cover sooo much ground on a segway! Took my 23 year-old granddaughter. She and Carlos really bonded…she learned so much about Mazatlan! Unfortunately, it was Flag Day and the Mexican President was at the Divers site. So we were restricted from much of the Malecon.

Carlos is the King of guides. Great roll around old town and down to the lighthouse. Lots of history and Carlos’s personal touch made this a great experience.

We had so much fun on our Segway tour of Old Town Mazatlán! Our tour guide, Carlos, was amazing! He knew his history, had a great personality and was SUPER helpful. You meet up at the bike shop right next to the BelMar hotel…we took an Uber from our resort. There were 5 of us in the group and we went all over the place! None of us had ever been on a Segway and we nailed it thanks to Carlos. A bottle of water was provided as well as a small back pack for your belongings. The helmet and safety vest are included as well. Absolutely no safety concerns. The boardwalk was absolutely breath taking. We really enjoyed our day. Highly recommend. Carlos was full of energy and information. Good guy. Fun to take the segueways. We know Mazatlán well so maybe a better tour for first timers but we still enjoyed.

This Segway Tour of Old Mazatlan and part of the Malacon is one of our most favorite activities in Mazatlan! Carlos is an excellent tour guide, knowledgeable, interesting and passionate about Mazatlan. Carlos also made sure we were safe and comfortable on the Segways and tour. It's alot of fun cruising with the wind in your hair and seeing the amazing sights. We HIGHLY recommend and we've returned many times with family and friends.

Carlos was a fantastic tour guide! He was born and raised in Mazatlan so he knows the history and surroundings extremely well. Honestly, the day of our tour was very cold and rainy - we were drenched and frozen by the end of the tour - but we both agreed it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
