We had a very interesting tour with Adair. She told us a lot about the history, the todays life and traditions in Venice. We visited a nice OSTERIA and talked about all the wonderful places in Venice, Murano, Burano and a few moore hidden places. Good Restaurants etc. Loved it. We are coming back.

Valentina provided us with a top-class experience in our personalised tour of the area of Venice in which we stayed. She took the time to discover our interests and tailored the tour accordingly. It was more like a stroll around the area with a very knowledgeable friend than a guided tour. It was an afternoon really well spent and set us up nicely for the remainder of our stay. Valentina is warm and friendly. After we finished, Valentina sent us some recommendations for places to eat in Venice and Treviso (which were visiting a few days later) as well as tips for getting around both cities. A really worthwhile experience with a wonderful, friendly and informative guide.

Giada was, friendly, professional and passionate. She guided us through part of Venice we had not seen before. Her explanations were concise, thorough and clear. This was by far the best guide we ever met in Venice, a real treasure.

We followed the route based on the places we wanted to see, but we would have never seen the charming and beautiful Venice side that we saw with Loris. We managed to escape to the areas where we met fewer tourists and it was not crowded. It was beautiful and peaceful. We regret that we did not have the tour the first day we arrived, because we got so many recommendations and too little time to use them. Thank you, Loris, for the tour and interesting stories about this beautiful city. And also, we appreciate that you were so flexible and changed the route on the spot according to our request.

Experiencing Dorsoduro with Claudia was a unique experience. It was just the right mix of interesting facts, personal insights and hidden secrets that couldn't be found any other way. I really enjoyed exploring this beautiful part of the city with her and I can't think of anything I wished were different about this tour. With her friendly and warm manner, Claudia left an unforgettable impression. She then also provided a list of recommendations for other attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience in Venice.

We were a party of six adults from UK. Booking was so easy and after a few messages with Romy she added an extra slot that worked for our schedule. The tour was interesting and gave us an excellent introduction to Venice. Would highly recommend Romy

Incredible disappointment. The guide canceled with me directly the day before without going through official processes, leaving me hanging. I requested a refund through Viator and haven’t heard back. Because my time in Venice was so limited, I rebooked the tour for the same slot. So I have essentially paid double for the sane tour. I have emailed and texted Viator to no avail. Very unprofessional behavior on the part of the guide and the company.

I was scheduled with Adair for 1:00pm. She fell ill, immediately contacted me that morning with options on how I would prefer to handle the tour that afternoon. Not able to reschedule, she provided another tour guide, Genny. The tour of Dorsoduro with Genny was fantastic! She knows a lot about history, architecture and even could recommend a local sandwich shop for me! We chatted a lot, which made the experience even more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this tour!

My husband, 25-year-old daughter and I toured Dorsoduro with Valentina. She gave us just the right amount of history and information. She brought an iPad to help explain the area and view historical pictures. She was patient in answering our questions. Was a joy to spend the morning with her. We learned so much about beautiful Venice!

We met marzia at the agreed meeting point after a pleasant stroll to find it, and after introductions and explaining my limitations in the walking field we set off. Marzia was a fount of information and at the same time she was a lovely affable person. When i needed to have a rest she bought us coffee despite our insistance that we should buy her a drink. By the end of our walk we even had a better understanding of venitians and the city's history and at the end she even gave us tickets to the ferry to st marks square. All in all you can't ask for more a pleasant stroll with a lovely and knowledgeable guide and personTap on a clip to paste it in the text box.Tap on a clip to paste it in the text box.

Hi, this is not the first tour of the Getto with Lucia, done the same thing 2 years ago but this time with Granddaughters and I wanted them to learn as well as seethe place. They were both enthralled and as last time she has the ability to make it 3D. The story is told with real soul and passion, not a monotone dialogue and her knowledge of the subject I doubt very much could be equalled. A Fantastic Experience and one I will do again if I have friends coming with me next time! Kevin

Our tour of Dorsoduro with Marzia was excellent. We walked at a lovely conversational pace rather than rushing to get things done. This allowed us to fully appreciate the buildings that she was showing and understand information she shared about the neighborhood. Marzia has a wonderful personality and you truly felt like you were taking a stroll with a friend. If you want to see something outside of the hustle of St Marks Square and want to have an additional perspective of Venice I highly recommend this tour. If you are lucky enough to have Marzia that is a bonus!

It was a lovely history tour. If you are looking to really hear about what happened to Venice especially during the time of the French occupation this is the tour for you! We thought we were going to get more information about current Venice, so it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but Roberto took us everywhere and explained a ton!

Our trip to Venice would not have been as wonderful if it wasn’t for Marzia. She is a warm, caring person with extensive knowledge of Venice history. We saw places we never would have seen on our own and learned such interesting history. If you want to get to know Venice, take this tour. If you want it to be the highlight of your trip, choose Marzia.

It was a pleasant surprise when Nicolo used his boat to take us around the canals of Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed it

Claudia was an amazing tour guide, so knowledgable , personable and very attentive. We really felt that we experienced the real Venice as Claudia took us to some really local locations and away from the crowds . Her recommendations for lunch and dinner were spot on!! even our teen enjoyed the walk (and lunch recommendation)

For anyone who are tired of being part of the dense tourist crowds walking from Rialto bridge to Piazza San Marco and back I would strongly recommend taking a walking tour with Claudia in Dorsoduro. Claudia was born in Venice and this fact gives her the ability to share stories about life in Venice through the true local perspective which obviously adds a lot of value to the tour. She is a very knowledgeable and extremely nice guide who showed us unique places in Venice without typical tourists traffic. It’s hard to believe but at some point, we found ourselves in completely empty streets and bridges in Venice which was a very special experience. It was tremendously interesting and very enjoyable experience. Thank you, Claudia.

From the very moment we met Marzia. She was so warm and welcoming we were a little late as we got lost 😮 She said it was not a problem to relax, it would be an easy paced walk. She took us to places that most would not see or visit, which was exactly what we wanted and we loved the tour. Marzia is a very proud Venetian which is what made the experience so wonderful when we compared our cultures we had a lot in common. Ireland and Venice has a lot of history with the Catholic Church. We got totally lost in conversations. Went over time a little because of her knowledge and patience by letting us stop for photographs. (We were delighted) We wanted to have a Venetian meal and Marzia went out of her way by taking us to a local restaurant and made a booking for us for that night ensuring we knew how to get there before she left.
