Reliable private transportation that was clean. Got us to and from the airport with no issues. Trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Drivers were very kind and professional!

Couldn’t find them at pickup luckily our guide found them and we finally got on the road. However when it came time to return to airport they were not timely and had we waited or left at the time they suggested we would have missed our flight. Would NOT recommend this company. They take “island time” to a whole new level and you could miss out !

Glenn was our driver. He was excellent!! Gave us historical facts during our travel to Ocho Rios stopped for some authentic Jamaican food and a souvenir shop. He was polite engaging. Definitely made us welcomed!

We booked a return airport transfer from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios for our family of 4. Both of our drivers, Dinga for the ride to Ocho Rios and Mr. Lawrence for our return, were both right on time and provided excellent customer service. Communication with Byron through either e-mail or WhatsApp was spot on! This was my first time using Byron Jamaican tours and I will definitely use him again when returning to Jamaica and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Upon arrival at the airport I didn't have to wait long once we got outside, maybe 5 min. It was myself and my 4 kids .The driver Eric was very friendly. He made the trip fell rather smooth and relaxing. We shared some conversation which made the ride feel even better. I would use this service again.
