Our guide Juan Carlos gave us the best day on the coast! We did the Oaxacan coast tour and got to visit an island with crocodiles and feed deer, go snorkeling and see colorful reef fish, and visit various sites along the coast. We also had a cacao and mezcal tasting and he took us to a great beachside restaurant for lunch. Bring bug repellent (there are vendors you can buy it from for around 100 pesos) for the island visit. Also bring some cash for breakfast. We had a nice breakfast on the island near the crocodiles. That was around 400 pesos for two people. Plus they ask you to tip the boat captain who brings you to the island. On the boat there is no shade so also bring a hat. The lunch spot was great for super fresh seafood and took credit cards. I would definitely recommend this tour and Juan Carlos. It was a highlight of our trip.

Juan Carlos was an amazing guide. He’s very polite, knowledgeable and took us to some amazingly secluded places mostly known to locals only. The lagoon was fantastic! Seeing crocodiles just a few feet from you is magical. It’s great to see how people come together to protect nature and create unique experiences for visitors! We had an amazing day!

This tour was just amazing. I've said in a previous post that it's about who you go with, we were stuck with a couple we didn't get along with but our tour guy Antonio.. I have no words.. he was just amazing!! He was so funny so kind and we really spoke to us like we were old friends, giving us tips and how much we should be spending on things, took photos for us without asking, we had an 11 year old and an 8 month old with us and he was chatting to our family like we were our old and taking care of us completely in every way. If you do book ask for Antonio, he just has the most incredible attitude I've ever seen. It was such a long day too but honestly so worth it. Every place we went to he completely took care of everything and made sure we got our money's worth. He is so funny I can't explain how funny he was especially when we saw the crocodiles. My son got hurt at the beach and he was on top of it quicker than I was! He's such a hard worker and clearly loves what he does and taught us Spanish. He was teaching us sentences that would help us through our month of backpacking with kids! His English is insane, you would have thought he grew up in Australia! The other people didn't really want to be included but he still tried really hard with them. The tour itself was just awesome! With a crying baby we were so worried we would be annoying and the worst people but Antonio just took it like a champ and really made us feel like family. Tours are always about your group and the guide and I just can't believe what a wonderful time we had.

After our tour yesterday from a different company was cancelled, i was really looking forward to this excursion along the Oaxacan coast. This was such a beautiful experience. Our tour guide, Luis, was very helpful and went above and beyond in his services

Luis spoke English very well, and provided plenty of information about the parks, and beaches. The only downside was that we were expecting to stop at the turtle museum, but it was closed Monday, and Tuesday.

This was an incredible excursion and Luis was the most awesome guide! I really wanted to see all of the local towns I’ve heard about on the coast and Luis helped me do that all in one day. We went to Ventanilla where we went on a boat, saw alligators and baby deer and ate the most amazing authentic local sopes and fresh coconut. Then we went to Mazunte and checked out the town and beach. After that we went to Zipolite where we spent time on the famous beautiful beach and had a drink. Finally we went to Puerto Angel for the freshest seafood lunch and one of the prettiest beaches with lots of fishing boats. Highly recommend this trip if you want to explore outside of Puerto Escondido. And Luis was so great at explaining and answering questions about history, culture and food.

First and foremost, this tour was amazing because of our guide Neufrain. He picked us up right on time and was social/funny/knowledgeable. We first stopped in the small town of Ventanilla. There, we fed a spider monkey, deer, and iguanas. We were able to speak with the locals and try their traditional cuisine. Neufrain also gives you time at the beach to relax, swim, or just sunbathe. He had no issue speaking English. This is a must do tour. Ask for Neufrain to be your guide, you won’t regret it!

We spoke to Jaciel about the Mazunte tour because, while there were some things that we were interested in, there were other activities, such as the natural cosmetics store, that weren't a good fit for our 6 and 8 year old kids. He suggested a custom tour that was more tailored towards wildlife and nature. He picked us up at our airbnb and we spent the afternoon on Ventanilla Island. We took a small boat to the island and saw crocodiles, iguanas, deer, and monkeys and were able to feed the iguanas and deer. The island has a small restaurant where we were able to get some food and just relax in a beautiful setting. After leaving Ventanilla Island we went to the turtle museum in Mazunte. We were the only ones there and got to see many species of turtles. We finished off the day by hiking to Punto Cometa and then down to Playa Cometa for the sunset. It was a fabulous way to end an amazing day. I highly recommend.

Jaciel is the kind of guy that would do anything to make you feel at ease. Nothing is to much, and he is always checking along the tour whether the tour is meeting the expectation. If not, he is very flexible is the way he can change things around. The tour is very professional, and his level of English is flawless. I would highly recommend this company/guy for those who want a fun, interesting and unforgettable day!

I visited Puerto Escondido for 7 days and tried multiple tours with Eco Adventures - Bioluminescence, Dolphin Watching, Surfing, Baby Sea Turtle Release, Bird-watching and the Ventanilla Eco Tour. I enjoyed the ride to Ventanilla, all the views on the way are super amazing. Once we arrived, I get to see some cute animals close up and be prepared (buy fruits & veggies in advance), you get to feed them! It could be a great & fun family tour with kids, or simply going with a friend. The beaches are great, less people compare to Puerto Escondido so you get to enjoy the view quietly. The whole tour lasts around a day so do trip planning in advance, if you have the time and love seeing animals, don't miss it.

Nuestro guía hizo el viaje muy ameno al contarnos sobre cada lugar, llevándonos a cada destino y preguntándonos en todo momento cuál era nuestra decisión en cuestión de esperar más tiempo en un lugar o hacer alguna actividad en vez de otra, llevaba bebidas que estuvo ofreciendo para quien lo necesitará. En general muy amable y ameno el viaje.

Nos encantó el tour, conocer a los animales de la zona, y las playas hermosas, comer en un lugar muy rico, y todo lo que supo nuestro guía.

Bellisimo puerto Ángel, para nadar y caminar después de comer unos buenos mariscos,al final de la playa, por la entrada principal se encuentra, buen restaurante desgraciadamente se me olvido el nombre, pero con toda confianza, cualquier restaurante al pie de playa, se come rico precios muy buenos y sobre todo la atención por parte de los meseros k trabajan en estos lugares, tienen k visitarlo
