Crest friendly crew, clean boat good service

We went to our meeting point at Aloha Landing and arrived 45min early as we weren’t sure where to go or how long our walk would be. We arrived approx 10:15am, our pick up was 11:00am we then waited until 11:45am before deciding we were not getting picked up. We sent an email to the address on our booking with no response, multiple phone calls which said messages were full. We were going to Uber down to provider however realised Uber was going to cost $120 return so decided against this. We have lost close to $400 and unable to make contact. It was our first day and first tour booked in Hawaii this incident completely ruined our day. We DO NOT recommend at all, very very disappointed as this was a tour we were very excited to do.

Awesome snorkeling crew that was very knowledgeable and helpful for all levels of snorkelers. We were taken to a beautiful spot off Waikiki with sea turtles and a variety of fish, would highly recommend!

It was amazing! The crew did a good job of pointing out whales and helping us find turtles. It was a lot of fun and o can’t wait to go back and do it again!

Kind crew. Fun experience. If you’re expecting to swim freely don’t book. You have to stay shoulder to shoulder with one another and if you stray you’ll be hauled in immediately.
