A terrible company. Very unreliable were not even there when we arrived for the tour. Had to keep ringing to get hold of the manager. They left us in the hands of a young boy and the segway i was on failed. This ended in an accident. The company are not insured. Don't use this company. They did not even supply safety equipment.

Fantastic experience. Lewis was super helpful and a brilliant guide! We had so much fun on our Segway tour and despite my initial concerns about not being able to control my mini Segway within minutes you master it! Super easy to use and we were offered helmets etc. fantastic way to see Singapore and would highly recommend to all.

My husband and I wentbon this tour. The tour was run by a 16 and 13 year-old and we were not provided with any safety equipment. His segway developed a fault and was catapulted over the handlebars. He ripped 3 tendons in his right shoulder and 2 in his left and needed major surgery on both shoulders on our return home and has life changing injuries. He also broke ribs. The company admitted that there was a fault with the segway but it appears they are not insured and have ignored all communications with our Singaporean lawyers. The company is not professional and please Do Not use as the equipment is old and dangerous.

Fantastic experience, with excellent views of Singapore including Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay. Lewis was a great guide, very friendly and informative and videoed our ride for our memories. There were plenty of stops for photo ops. You must do it.

A brilliant way to see the key sights of Singapore . Lewis was a fantastic guide who took loads of photos and videos around the route of us. The mini segways are very easy to ride and you get to cover a great distance in a very easy way. A highly recommended way to spend two hours.

Go for it, guys! Ask for Snowy, she's a great guide! The route of the tour is great, you see the beauty of Singapore from the bayfront and learn about many of the landmarks. The segs are well-maintened and well-used. And you can chat with your guide and learn more about life in Singapore.

We have done a lot of Segway tours in different cities. I have to say this was one of the best. Lewis, our tour guide was phenomenal!

This was a home run for our family. We loved it and our kids thought it was the coolest experience we had in Singapore. Lewis was a great guide and took amazing videos of us inaction throughout the tour.

Vendor never showed up. We waited outside the closed shop for 30 minutes. Called several phone numbers noted on the shop window to find them all disconnected.

GREAT TOUR - see all the sites and Lewis knows all the the top spots to video and photograph you on the way. As you travel along the river you have beautiful scenery and gardens to look at. Also you get some great shots by the BIG TREES and lights in the gardens by the BAY. This really is a fantastic way to see Singapore and get some great pics and videos as you ride. If you can ride a scooter you should be able to ride a segway.

Lewis was our guide and he was excellent. Great tuition to get you started. We travelled 12 kms and saw lots of areas around Marina Bay. Even got to ride on the Grand Prix track. I wouldn’t recommend though if you’ve got bad knees.

Fun and different thing to do. Quick and easy tutorial before you start to help you understand the segway/safety precautions. They'll make sure you're able to control the segway before commencing. Then you get to ride along the bay then stop to take pictures at numerous points. Super fun and would do it again.

Me and my daughter booked the 6pm tour and were the only two on the trip. The guide was brilliant, at first I had jelly legs but after a quick tutorial I got the hang of it. The tour took us from the stadium round to marina bay, the views were amazing and route easy but beautiful. On route back the sun had set and the skyline and buildings looked beautiful. He took amazing videos and photos of us. My favourite part of my singapore trip so far!
