Our short stay in Nuwara Eliya was made by Krishna. We had a brilliant day with Krishna, which was the highlight of our time in Nuwara Eliya. Our trip covered lots of sightseeing, including a trip to Sri Lanka's oldest tea plantation, entry to a breathtaking waterfall site, and trips to the post office and local markets. We were picked up and dropped off as requested. The price was more than reasonable. The trip was supposed to last around 4 hours - but we ran over slightly due to him helping us with a few requests, including a visit to a local vendor for a fresh fruit juice to cool down. Krishna is a really lovely, friendly, and trustworthy person. As a local, and enthusiastic guide, he is super knowledgeable about the area and recommended some great activities as well as places to eat and drink! Krishna is such a warm person - it was really a pleasure getting to know him. We really feel like we made a new friend. Couldn't recommend enough - thanks for making our stay so unforgettable and welcoming 😊

Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and book again. Krishna from Kips Drivers made sure we got most out of our time in Nuwara Eliya. We had a private tour with a tuktuk for a very reasonable price. He showed us a lot of highlights, among other the Tea plantation, waterfall and many viewpoints. He was able to tell us a lot and give us plenty of information. He even gave us recommendations on restaurants and helped us with a driver for the next day. Excellent!

Highlight of our Sri Lanka trip so far. We are not big tour people and prefer to explore ourselves but my gosh Krishna created the perfect day for us. It was like hanging out with a new friend and visiting interesting and beautiful places along the way. Perfect balance of information and fun. Krishna is an incredibly knowledgeable, honest and generous host and built an amazing report with our 13 year old son. We were able to customise the trip to our needs as well. we are people who normally dont like we"typical" sightseeing or guided tours but krishna took us on a very interesting and fun daytrip to the bluefield teafactory and the waterfall closeby. everything was planned for us so we could stay as long as we wanted. no stressing from one place to another and no overload on information. also it was so nice to chat with krishna. he is the best tourguide we had so far. we will come back one day and hopefully meet him again. sending you alot of good karma from cold austria. christian and sabrina

Many many thanks for the wonderful day trip around Nuwara Eliya. We went the the tea factory and the Ramboda Falls. We also went to a view point and learnt how to drive a TukTuk by ourselves. Krishna is a very gentle man who told us a lot about the culture and history of Sri Lanka. It was quite interesting. Please support the local drivers and don‘t take the offers of the hotels.

Amazing few days spent with Krishna around Nuwara Eliya! Krishna is a great guide, very friendly and incredibly knowledgable of the local area. He took us to some great sights including waterfalls, tea factories and to Horton Plains as part of a separate trip. He was very reliable, always on time and communicated quickly over WhatsApp. He is definitely the best TukTuk driver to use in the Nuwara Eliya area! We would recommend him highly!

Our tour with Krishna was wonderful experience. As a very well versed guide in the history of Nuwara Eliya and general Sri Lankan history, we never had our questions left unanswered. His charisma and warm demeanour was apparent throughout our trip which consisted of a visit to the tea plantation, followed by a swim in the magical Rambuda waterfall, finished off with a visit to the iconic markets of Nuwara Eliya and The Grand Hotel. In summary, the trip was extremely informative, reasonably priced and conducted professionally by a generally lovely individual. We would highly recommend a tour with Krishna and intend on returning for another tour if we find ourselves in Nuwara Eliya again.

Krishna was extremely well informative and well intentioned, making us feel instantly at ease while parading us around this beautiful town. Even when you're not enjoying the tea plantation or the waterfall (which are awesome), the drive itself is so a delight as you weave in and out of wonderful landscapes, stopping at certain viewpoints if you please while picking up nuggets of wisdom from Krishna. I would highly recommend.

We were looking to make the most of our stay in Nuwara Eliya, and were so happy to have come across Krishna's details online, and had the pleasure of his company for a day as we explored the area in his awesome tuk tuk. Krishna is hugely knowledgeable about the local area, and made sure we packed so much fun and activity into our day. He is such a lovely man and shared so much insight into life in sri lanka. We also chatted on the journeys and laughed so much. We got on so well we decided to book Krishna for our transfer to Ella the next day. Honesty, Krishna is a gem of a man, and he really made our stay in nuwara eliya special and memorable. Do not hesitate to contact him for tours, transfers and local sightseeing.
