Very clear info, enjoyable and glad we didn't have to drive! Guide was interactive and helpful and made sure people had what they needed. Bonus points for the lights being out!

Amazing, Kathy is a great Aurora Hunter & she made sure we saw them before going back to hotel.

First I was given the address to an unoccupied home as my pick up place. The “Ice Museum” was a joke. Very cheesy. The resort was extremely overrated. The service at the restaurant was not good and neither was the food. I ordered the halibut and it was overcooked and dry. The hot springs were very nice. The “Aurora Room” was described as a comfortable place to view the Northern Lights. It was a janitor closet with a small dirty window and folding chairs. You couldn’t see anything out of that window. On the drive back we did see the northern lights but probably wouldn’t have if they weren’t pointed out by one of the passengers.

It was an excellent tour. I just wish they were able to pick and drop us off from our airbnb in Fairbanks.

In general, the experience was not bad but I think that their guides should be better prepared since they asked us where to stop to see the northern lights when they should know the places to stop. The resort was dirty in the locker area and arriving at night is not a good option since everything is in disarray. The dinner was correct although the tour said that snacks were included and we did not receive any of that

The tour is not worth the money. The ice Museum in Fairbanks was not really interesting for me personally and there wasn‘t that much to see. The hot springs were nice but our guide did not say anything about where and when we could see northern lights so we ended up not seeing them at all although they were visible at Chena hot springs. The food at Chema hot springs was also not good. I wouldn’t book the tour again. I would rather just try to see the northern light on my own - which I did the next night.

Pick up was easy and worked very well. The ice musuem was underwhelming to say the least. They played a super low quality movie and the ice sculptures were not impressive at all and it was tiny and old. The Restaurant at the Hotsprings is pretty bad and pricey. The Hotsprings were very nice, although, the times would need to be adjusted, as we went during aurora time. This led to us missing the nothern lighrs right above us. After that we drove for nearly an hour in the unheated van during prime aurora time and once we arrived the entire sky was covered in clouds which led to the end of the nothern lights tour after 20 min. Of course this is beyond the guides influence. But a better way would have been to go to the hot springs while there is no polar lights already and then do the tour in the night. Would not recommend!

The museum was the worst. The quality of the video was very poor. The guide did not provide any information. When we got back from the springs he told us that there were northern lights but did not inform us during the lights which was kind of the purpose of the tour. I am very disappointed and it was kind of a waist of money. I would not do it again.
