Amazing tour— all the stops were top notch, and they were local-filled places that we would likely not have gone to on our own. Our guide Kung was awesome. Highly recommended.

Nothing is more enjoyable than a great food tour. We just returned from a six week Southeast Asia journey and enjoyed several food tours. A Chef’s Tour in Chiangmai Mai did not disappoint and perhaps one of the best we experienced. No I was a wonderful guide and should be commended. She walked us through a “local” food market explaining Thai fruits, vegetables, meats and baked goods. Meanwhile, she collected items along the way for our dining pleasure. We passed on the crunchy bugs! Haha We loved the transportation aboard a red truck “songthaew” from restaurant stop to stop. We dined on multiple dishes explained by Noi at every location. Northern Thai cuisine was on full display during this four hour tour. Advise: Arrive Hungry!

We had an awesome tome with our guide, Tree, who introduced us to over 20 specialties from Northern Thailand. He really brought us to unique locations, including the local food market, and went out of his way to make our experience as great as possible!

Excellent food tour. Sooo much food!! You have to be careful early on about not eating too much or you'll fill up. Lots of unique foods that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. As you get a small portion of each you're able to try a lot.

Probably the best food tour we have been on!! And we have been on a lot!! Moui our guide was wonderful. She provided much information about the foods, the history, the ingredients. So much food to sample. We couldn't believe the amount and the variety. And everything very flavorful and delicious. Moui also guided us through a market, purchased various foods and fruits and drinks, them we gathered around a table at the market and sampled everything. I truly feel like we were exposed to the many flavors of Chiang Mai and Thailand. Fantastic Food Tour and Moui was the best!!

We did a food tour with the same company in Bangkok and loved it so much we booked one here too! It didn't disappoint! It was great to experience the flavours of northern Thai cuisine and try a whole new set of totally different dishes. We travelled between stops in one of the Chiang Mai taxi's which was fun. Our guide was amazing and we learnt lots about the history and culture of northern Thailand as well as about the food. We also loved our stop at the local market where one of the stall holders cooked a local dish fresh in front of us. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Lots of variety and lots of food! Great to learn about the different foods and the cultures behind them. The market visit was a highlight.

We met people from all around the world, and the instructor was so kind and funny and clever. I would recommend this event to anyone. The elephant nature park was my favorite thing in Thailand, but this was my second favorite thing

One of the best food tours I have been on. We got to taste over 15 items, maybe close to 20. The selection was unified, interesting and never would have found these places as a tourist. Keep on doing what you are doing it works!

I want to commend our guide Tree (spelled phonetically). He has a passion for food and Thai culture. That is the perfect combination to have an engaged guide. He shared so much knowledge/culture with us. My wife especially liked the visit to the market where we sampled local fruits. We have been about 7 or 8 different food tours in various countries. This one is either the best we have ever been on or a very close second!!!

Warning: High chance of overeating delicious food! This was a great tour led by an energetic and enthusiastic guide, Tree. All of the food was great but the first few were the best in our opinion. As mentioned in other reviews, there was WAY too much food overall so overindulging was easy. It was nice that the guide passed on leftovers to our driver and other locals. We recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful experience travelling the streets of Chiang Mai and exploring a range of amazing foods on offer. You certainly won’t go hungry sampling many of the delicious local foods and dishes. We also met some other lovely couples on our tour which was a bonus.

The tour was fantastic. Aim was a terrific guide, she was funny, engaging, and explained all the dishes, their origins, the ingredients, and so on. There was so much food and so much to try! The group got along well even though we'd never met before, and we had a terrific time. Would definitely recommend. We definitely tried things we'd never seen nor heard of, and would never have been able to find on our own.

What can i say! A really comprehensive guide around Chang Mai’s best spots, discovering some amazing thai dishes cooked by local businesses that love what they do! My favourite place was the pork belly spot, was on another level! The tour guide was great, telling us lots of interesting facts about the food, local area, and thai culture in general. Would highly recommend this tour to anybody going to Chiang Mai who loves thai food, a great way to see the city and discover some of the best food the city has to offer!

Our guide, Mr. Tree, is fantastic and full of energy. He took us on a local food journey on a songthaew! Tree shared the Thai food culture, introduced ingredients and common spicy used in the dishes. We visited local stores and markets and tasted so many dishes - a fusion of new and old, Thaiand, Myanmar and China. The tour is wonderful and full of surprises!

This is an exotic food tour! Some of the dishes are quite surprising, in a great way! You might want to consider skipping lunch before you attend this tour, as there are very many dishes to sample! You will not be hungry at the end of the night! Super fun and interesting tour!

Was a very enjoyable experience, tried great selection of cuisines some northern specialities and other classic Thai dishes, maybe 20 different dishes in total! Our guide was brilliant and very informative. I would do again in a heart beat.. Worth every penny. In fact was so thorough and interesting we have booked to do one in Bangkok before we leave. P. S if you want to appreciate every dish properly deffinalty consider skipping lunch! Thanks again, Matt x

This was one of my favorite tours! We ate so much delicious food and learned a lot about local cuisine. Our guide went above and beyond to get us samples in a local market and well over 20 tastings of meals. It’s a lot to fit into your stomach but it’s easy to accomplish with how delicious everything was.

The tour was great, lots of food and choices. Tree was very kind and knowledgeable. Transportation was good, got to see a lot of the community.

This tour was very enjoyable. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options and locations. The guide (Noi) did a great job of sharing information and made the trip so fun!
