It exceeded my expectation starting with the private limousine bus. The ride was comfortable, spacious, even the seat has reclining option. Our host was friendly and informative. We also exchanged some cultural knowledge as well. Nimh Binh landscape in itself one of a kind. The Sampan boat ride experience is probably the most eco-friendly tourism I’ve experienced, considering how much tourists come through each day. We were able to admire the nature without any disturbance of fuel or engine noise. The landscape and cave experience is breathtaking in itself.

I am writing to share my recent experience of a trip to Ninh Binh with Jason Win Win, which I found truly amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how Jason's exceptional skills as a tour guide made the entire experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond his role, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was well taken care of. From arranging a motorbike tour to a delightful riverboat ride and visiting historical sites, Jason made sure that we got the most out of our time in Ninh Binh. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. Though the trip lasts for about 2 hours, the tour organizers make strategic stops that allow you to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Moreover, the tour vehicle itself was luxurious, offering a comfortable and enjoyable ride throughout the journey. It is worth mentioning that the tour organizers provide everything you might need during the trip, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all participants.

Very hardworking staff. Genuinely wanted to teach you history and we’re very organised. One minor thing, would be that their pronunciation made it difficult to understand what they were fully explaining sometimes. However, their effort exceeded all expectations.

I had an amazing experience with the guide Alex! From the beginning, he took the time to explain the program and talked about the culture, etc. During the tour, while riding his bike, he also took the time to take pictures of us with his phone to send them to us after. We got to meet locals and they were so kind. The food was also really good. Overall, I had a really fun day and it makes me wish i could’ve stayed longer in Ninh Binh!!

I did the day trip to Tam Coc and Hoa Lu with Alex. It was wonderful! Everything went smoothly and the day was really relaxing. We had a good driver and the van was nice and clean. Alex was super nice and very knowledgeable. The sights were amazing, the food was good, the weather was perfect and my fellow travelers were really nice. We even had a chance to see a local wedding celebration. I loved it! Thanks so much Alex and Amazing Ninh Binh.

Very well put together tour, food was great, scenery was amazing and other than our group we were alone a lot of the time. Our guide Hieu was very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent experience in Ninh Binh area. Our guide (Alex) was professional, attentive and friendly. All our activities (cycling, boat tour, lunch, temple visit) were very well organised. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

I would like to give a big thank you to Mr Bruce Lee our guide, who ensured that our trip went smooth, he was wery knowledgeable about the trip, what we were seeing and the history behing. He managed to deliver this in a smooth way like a dish well served. The food served at the home we visited was great, and they made sure to provide options for vegetarians. The bike trip wa pure serenity, and complimented by a relaxing boat trip down the bendy river after we had had our lunch. Before we made our way back to the busy Hanoi, We had a stop at Hoa Lu, the ancient royal capital of Vietnam. Once again thanks to Mr Bruce Lee for delivering history in a non-boring way :) "The two danes"

Tam Coc made the whole tour worthwhile; however, the tour operator plays little role in it other than to hand you off to the boat operator who assigns you a boat and rower that paddles you between the the three awe inspiring caves through the rice paddies and limestone mountains. Unfortunately the tour operator’s reliability left a bad taste in my mind—less than a day before the tour start and after I had paid for the tour, I was informed that Hoa Lu, the ancient capital, was being replaced by Bich Dong, a Buddhist temple, and Hang Mua, a panoramic viewpoint. Bich Dong is a rudimentary temple remarkable only for its moderately interesting position at the mouth of a cave, up a small mountain. Hang Mua does have some great views of the rivers and valleys below its 500 steps up a mountain. I’m not sure I would’ve booked this tour with the replacement destinations. The bike ride is a straightforward ride on mostly flat paved and unpaved roads with light traffic, but the route has precious little interest. The first half of the route is along a commercial road, which was mostly seen from the van during the earlier transfer from hotel to Ninh Binh. The next quarter is through a small portion of a village with little visible, and the last quarter is through some small-growth rice paddies. Some water buffalo were visible roadside. Visiting during rice harvesting season might be more compelling. The tour guide didn’t point out any points of interest along the route, and the lack of context may have contributed to the lackluster feel of the “bike tour.” On the plus side, the provide hybrid bikes seemed well maintained and had 21 speeds though there was little reason to change gears. The lunch was average at best—with some decent preparations of Vietnamese classics (papaya salad, fried spring rolls, seafood soup), some uninspired dishes (stir fried cabbage; stir fried chicken and vegetables; tough fried pork slices) and some just downright lazy (soggy crinkle cut French fries). The natural beauty is enough to feel like the tour was a success, but I feel the tour operator needs to improve their logistics and I find little compelling reason to recommend this operator over another.

Delivered sites as outlined. Guide meh. Food meh. Enjoyed scenery. Would not use this provider again. They are average. I prefer better.

Wonderful day, the sun wasn't much with us but the sceneries were still magnificent! Our guide Alex was truly amazing: passionate and helpful, thanks again! The company that took us was Amazing Ninh Bình, not sure why it's different on trip advisor but it was a perfect day anyway. I recommend 100%

I went on this trip solo and enjoyed my time. Alex was a great guide. Knowledgeable, happy, and accommodating. The bike ride through the country side was peaceful and beautiful! We had some tea and candies at a local house, then headed to the river after lunch for a boat ride down the river. Everything about the trip was great!
