This was a great trip with everything as described. It was a good luxury trip well explored and explained, loved the guide who was friendly and great. The bus was comfortable and the food was great. boat ride was amazing and overall a great experience to have. Thank you

I went to their office for pick-up, and I was early. I came at 07:15 as pick up was planned for 07:30 and I wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I opened the door and I woke the guy up! He was sleeping on a couch in the office. If there had been a sign outside telling me that the office doesn't open until 07.30, it would have been fine. But there was nothing. Also, we didn't go everywhere that was promised in the description, and we were back in Hanoi at 17.30, and not 19.00 because we didn't get to see Thai Vi Temple at all even though we had time to do so! It was very disappointing. The guide was nice though, and the food was good. The bycicle ride was nice as well as the boat ride, but I hate booking something and not do everything that is promised. To me, that's false advertisement and I cannot stand it.

We booked our tour super late through a recommendation from our hotel. Miss Tong was already booked to pick up someone in Hanoi so she sent her friend John and her brother to pick us up on a couple of scooters - we had a ball! John was the perfect host - polite and courteous and a dab hand at dodging irate Grab taxi drivers on his scooter. Miss Tong picked us up after lunch and drove us around for the rest of the afternoon. Miss Tong was knowledgeable about the area and took a real pride in showing us the sites. Once finished she slipped us at the hotel to have a shower, then picked us up for a home cooked meal at her house. We loved the experience which felt more like hanging out with friends than an official tour.

Beautiful scenery and fun biking and river cruises, rainforest hiking. Thao organised it well and guided us, highly recommend!

Different experience of walking to see the historical buildings, cycling , boating and hiking. Cycling across the village abs countryside was very special. The 2 hour boat ride was fun as we paddle the oars along. Trip was well organized but a bit rush as we hike up and down the Mua Cave to see the view of Tam Coc, if we have another 1hr, will be able to walk to the lotus pond too!

Great trip! Guide was super knowledgeable. You’ll love this tour definitely on par or better than Ha Long Bay.

I asked for a private 3d2n tour for 4 in Ninh Binh and Lee helped to arrange for me and the quote was reasonable. On the day of departure to Vietnam, two companions are unable to join and Lee helped me remove their sightseeing tickets and meal costs to reduce some of the charges. The driver (Tuan) assigned to us is always punctual, drives well and speaks English. Our Ninh Binh guide (Thao) speaks good English and was really attentive to our needs and helped us take a lot of nice photos. She also took us on different routes to the destinations so that we can see different views of landscape. Thao is a very experience guide and took good care of us. The food at the restaurants were also pretty good. Our itinerary: *Day 1: Hoalu - Tamcoc Múa Cave 1 day *Day 2: Trangan Grotto - Bái Đính Pagoda 1 day *Day 3: Cúc Phương National Park 1 day tour

I shared a tour guide named Thao Tong with a friend and we had a wonderful experience. She knew a free secret spot within and acted as a great photographer with many ideas around the Trang An river cruise and the Bai Dinh Pagoda. She spoke English very well and is a very kind person. It was like traveling with a friend. I highly recommend her.

Had a wonderful day at Ninh Binh with stunning views, good food, and an incredible experience. Our guide Thao was super sweet, teaching us about the Ninh Binh and taking tons of photos of our group. If you go in the Summer be prepared for the heat, but beyond that, the experience is a must do if you’re visiting Hanoi, especially if all guides are like Thao.

We had Tommy for our tour. He is definitely a passionate guide with a lot of energy so I recommend him for family tours with kids. However, if you’re looking for a laid back bus ride between places or don’t like singing with a group of strangers I’d pick another guide. Over all very kind and energetic and gave us good stories!

This tour was filled with several activities and a great value. Our tour guide Tommy was knowledgeable of the different sites and explained a little of the history of Vietnam. It exceeded my expectations and am happy that I took it! The bike ride was my favorite part of the tour.

Tháo was an exceptional guide for our first visit to Vietnam! We started the day visiting the historic capital and temple, then traveled to Mua Caves where we climbed the steps for a beautiful view and pictures. Lunch and a cooking demo was at a new restaurant with excellent food and service-the best spring rolls we have ever tasted! Along the way we learned about the region’s culture, history, and landscape. It’s a wonderful way to experience the sights of the country and I highly recommend Thao as your guide!

Tour guide Thao is very nice and professional to introduce the landscape to us. We also have a short bike tour in the village, and my fd who can’t ride the bike and Thao use her motor bike to take a ride for my fd. She can solve the problems immediately and make you feel comfortable and safe in trip. We enjoy so much during this 1 day tour.

It was an amazing trip. Tam Coc was really nice but Tommy The Tour Guide was the star of the show. He is so knowledgeable of the area and Vietnam in general. He was a great leader as well. He did a great job of organizing the group and getting everybody to work together. I would highly recommend this tour and I highly recommend Tommy The Tour Guide. I even saved him from falling into the lotus pond. I would do anything for Tommy.

Full day of activities & lots of choice for lunch. Great view from the dragon mountain and lovely one hour boat ride - Thi was very informative and enthusiastic. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Tam Coc with our guide, Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable of the history and the details surrounding Tam Coc and Vietnamese culture. She was very patient and took care of our needs. Apparently, the company did not forward the details of the requests we sent via email to Tom, but she was still able to accommodate them and makenthe last-minute adjustments. We took the boat ride firstbto avoid the volume of people in the afternoon, then 3 of our friends rode the bike to Bich Dong while 2 rode the van, then finally we went up the Lying Dragon Mountain which was tiring but worth the views from the top!

Beautiful trip to Tam Coc and Ninh Binh with authentic delicious food. Thi (Tommy) is great - he made the trip interesting and fun!

This day was a very beautiful day with amazing landscapes and a very nice tour guide named Thao ! She is a really friendly and knowledgeable person, we have spend a very good time with her ! We visited a prehistoric cave, saw monkeys, had lunch in a very tasty restaurant and did a boat ride to see the Land Ha Long Bay. I recommend you this trip !
