Great tour and guide! Awesome experience! Dale was fantastic! All the stops were great! We even stopped at a cute little bakery.

Dale was a treat and pointed out so many fascinating facts about the falls, the area, and best restaurants ( which we checked out). He was also keeping our adventure fun with humor and was very clear about what to expect and where to be at what time. AWESOME!!

We have arrived at Niagara Falls at 10 am and we did immediately the tour with the boat and then the walking tour to Goat island by ourselves. Once we reached the 2 guides at 1 pm , they told us that the guided tour was basically the same we had already done by ourselves. One of the 2 guides left while one stayed with us for 15 min giving us a few info on the falls. Basically we had no guided tour. It is planned too late, it should be anticipated in the morning at the arrival of the participants. Alessandra

Dale made this tour very fun and informative. You rarely get both in the same tour. Bus picked us close to our hotel and afterwards Dale was driving us close to every attraction. The tour includes the best places to snap a picture and also entries on Maid of the Mist and Wind Cave. It last around 4:30 and you get to stop at a bakery in town to refresh and have a bite. We took the 4 hour tour with Dale's Kool Kats. It was a fun time, even though the weather was not great. Dale was a very nice guide, he told us lots of interesting things as well as some funny jokes.

KOOL KATS is amazing!!! Dale is awesome and his information and stories are top notch!!! Dale really took time to get to know us and he is extremely professional yet so funny! The group is small so you feel like being taken care off properly. I definitely recommend Dale's Kool Kats!

Everything was amazing. We really enjoy our trip with Dale. I loved the pizza at the bakery where we stop. I got to much pictures and videos for my instagram.

DALE was Great! The boat ride was exhilarating and the best water ride ever! The bakery he stopped at was superb and he shared some great stories and jokes. The bus was a bit bumpy

We had such a wonderful time with Dale and the rest of the Krazy Katz on our tour of the Falls, the Maid of the Mist, Goat Island, and Cave of the Winds. We went on April 26th and the weather was great! Dale was so informative, kind, and his jokes kept us entertained. Overall, best tour I have been on in years! We would give Dale 10 stars if we could. Dale’s Kool Kats tour was fantastic! Worth it to get every part of the falls experience! We got see everything from the horse shoe falls to the whirlpool at the far end of the river!

Dana was our tour guide and was fantastic! Our favorite was the maid of the mist by far. We had our 8 year old daughter and she loved it.

We hade a great time, Nick was an awesome guide with great knowledge of the area and its history. The only thing I will mention is that we were told to bring our own food and water. We found there to be numerous stops that had food and beverages. The Tour also stopped for lunch at a cafeteria style restaurant.

We decided to go to Niagara Falls for our honeymoon. This tour seemed to be an excellent way to start the experience. We were not disappointed. Dale and the other Cool Cats provided a wonderful memory to start off our journey of love.
