Maureen was such a wonderful tour guide. The views she took us were amazing, we took many beautiful pictures. This is a tour to remember! Highly recommend

All of it. Never thought I would ever get to Niagara Falls. I hope I’m correct in calling our tour guide, Vic. I’m old n his name slipped my mind. He was awesome! Was very considerate in making sure my husband and myself had safely done what we could.

I felt very rushed by the guide and we had no time to walk through the site or gift shops or grab a snack. I didn't care for being forced to buy a slice of pizza from a friend of the guide- no other real options for lunch?? It was weird. Also that weird 10 minute stop at the souvenir shop. What was that about? Sometimes hard to hear the guide.

Ross was a great tour guide! We had a wonderful time. Ross showed us all around the Falls and we learned all kinds of interesting facts about the area

Dear adventure was excellent. We were part of the KK crew led by Kevin who was beyond exceptional.. Kevin was extremely very knowledgeable of all assets of the Niagara Falls tour.. without a doubt I would recommend him as a tour guide 100% to anybody that was coming to the area for a tour! five star rating easily.

Took this USA tour and got lucky with our tour guide Kevin (Kevin's Krew). He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great tour. He is very knowledgable and gave us all kinds of details about the falls and the area. We even learned a bit about the Underground Railroad. Kevin was considerate and was easy to understand. He even used his own camera (not phone camera) and took several pics throughout the tour. He then shared a link with us so we could download any of his pics. That alone was above and beyond. Of coarse, the Maid of the Mist and Cave of Winds totally delivered! Just a great day in Niagara Falls!

We spent a lovely day touring the American side of Niagara Falls. Our tour guide Ross's Fishes was knowledgeable, attentive to all 14 of us on the bus, and fun. We would highly recommend Ross for an interesting and entertaining day.

Great tour! Ross was an awesome guide. We were very happy that Ross took us in town to the bakery so we could get lunch. Anyone who wants to do Maid of the Mist and Caves of the Wind should do this tour.

Incredible. Exhilarating. Spectacular. Are the closest words I can use to describe this experience. My fiancé and I are SO happy we booked our Niagara Falls tour!! We had an incredible experience. Memories that will last a life time && SOO much BANG for our Buck! We want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to our amazing tour guide, Kevin!! He made the expirence worthwhile!! Kevin was a lot of fun and We learned so much from him about Niagara and the history (waayyyy more than we would have, if we just did it on our own) AND hes a great photographer too!! He captured GREAT pictures of us. Highly recommend!! (Ask for Kevin!!!)

The Niagara falls is such a beautiful place I really enjoyed it I took my girlfriend that is fighting cancer and she has a philosophy bag and she's got other medical issues we went down to knock it off our bucket list we took the tour and we had to tour guy. But our trip was supposed to be at 1:15 our tour guide never showed up until 2:30 wasn't very happy cuz we could have done some other things why we were waiting because we never knew what time the tour guy was going to get there till we had to stay around. As we're on our tour we got hungry my girlfriend has to eat constantly because her body doesn't produce the fat and stuff it goes right through her. We ordered some food our tour guy told us we could not take our food with us he would guard it with his life when we were done he we could get our food. When we got done we come out he left our food on a window seal he said my bad somebody must have eat it. Not very happy we spent over17 dollars for our food. And my heart I feel that he ate our food and set it up on the window seal so it made it look like somebody ate our food. When you tell us you're going to guard our food and we can have it when we're done it should have been there. I really didn't care for the tour guy I'm not a happy camper I spent a lot of money down there for somebody to eat my food and for to sit around and wait on it to her guy because he was an hour and a half late and then our tour is supposed to be 4 hours it made it three and a half or three I can't quite remember. But otherwise it's very beautiful down there. And I hope this can be corrected with other families that are down there and trying to enjoy their life and I had to sit around wait for tour guy spend a lot of money we didn't get no discount because we waited so many people wanted their money back I don't know I don't think it was right but thank you have a great day God bless you.

The following details my experiences during the recent solar eclipse weekend, on the “Power of Niagara—the American Story” tour…..This is the first time I have been sufficiently motivated to write a review—of any kind—on TripAdvisor. In my many trip experiences as a solo traveller, there have been many companies (and people) who have gone way above and beyond the call of duty to make my vacations hassle-free and enjoyable. And then, there are a small handful which go even above *that* standard to create a truly magnificent, one-of-a-kind experience. Such the case with Gray Line in Niagara Falls, and in particular, their bus driver and tour guide, Chris. While the exact circumstances are not important, let’s just say a ‘trip planning glitch’—entirely on my part— created an issue I was having difficulty solving…Not good when you are miles away from home and traveling alone in a place you are not very familiar with. Chris went above and beyond—and then some—to help with my particular issue and remove all worry. Thank you, again, to Gray Line, and Chris……I cannot stress this enough. The tour itself was very informative—all questions and curiosities were answered, and the dialogue between tour guide and riders made for a very educational experience. Not to mention all other traveller needs were accommodated, including my particular issue. Counter is easily found in the Niagara welcome center, just walk right in, and there it is on the right side—and someone there points you to where you wait for the tour bus to arrive. I had to make a small change, also, prior to the day of the tour, and it, too, was resolved perfectly by Nikki on the phone. Looking forward to returning sometime soon and will not hesitate to try out other offerings by this great company.

Sad. That’s the word I would have to use to sum this up. The tour guide had signs posted in her van saying in America it’s custom to tip 20%. That’s fine, but a couple was leaving the tour early and the tour guide pointed up to the sign before letting the couple off the bus. Sad. Add it in and pay better. Something. Classless

The whole trip was amazing, since we got in the bus the tour guide, April, was very welcoming and cheerful, she was honestly made the whole thing ten times better with her enthusiasm and jokes along with her shocking amount of knowledge related to city and Niagara falls. The actual tour was also very fun, our first stop was at the caves where we got to go all the way down to the actual falls and very close to where the actual water comes crashing down. After that we made our way back from the cave and headed to our next location which was a nice souvenir store a couple minutes from the cave where we got the chance to buy some memorable items and take a restroom break. After leaving the souvenir store we headed to our final destination where we got to see the top of the actual waterfall and it was really cool seeing different perspectives of the waterfall, but our final perspective was definitely the most thrilling. After seeing the top of the waterfall we actually got to go all the way down into the water on a tourist boat. The tourist boat was by far the most thrilling experience yet, the rainbows, the mist, and the excitement on everyone’s face around us just made the experience very thrilling and memorable. I would definitely recommend the people reading this to go here!

Absolutely fantastic!! Vic was amazing and informative. Best experience we could’ve had. Didn’t have a passport so could only do American side… but totally meant to be.. can’t wait to do it again with the rest of my family!

The tour today was excellent. Vic was our tour guide. We as a group were Vic's Mafia. Vic was very personal and knew a lot about Niagara Falls. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The weather was perfect and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend this tour.
